COVID-19 UPDATE MAY 2020: Safety, health, and wellness are an important part of any great vacation and we want you to know that this is a top priority for us as hosts, too. We’ve always taken great pride in maintaining a sparkling clean property, but with everything going on, we are taking extra steps to make sure that our guests (and our own family!) have the safest visits possible.
Before each guest checks in and after each guest checks out, we employ one of the few licensed companies in California to offer disinfecting against Human Coronavirus also known as sars cov2. This is is a disinfecting service that is employed in addition to our housekeeping service. Our housekeeping staff will wear masks and wash their own hands before, during, and after the cleaning process.. Additionally, all linens and kitchenware will be washed on sanitize settings (long, hot water wash and high heat dry).
Finally, as one extra precaution, we will be instituting a three day “cooling off” window between each reservation. What this means is that we will be sure that the house sits empty after cleaning for 24 hours between each guest. According to current CDC guidelines, this is far beyond the COVID-19 virus’s ability to live on a surface and should provide an additional buffer of comfort for all guests.

Just a mere 2.2 miles from the beach, our fabulous, inside tract, cul-de-sac home has an open floor plan to suit your needs. There are three bedrooms and a home office upstairs, with a separate master suite with a Tempurpedic mattress on the ground floor. We additionally offer a queen blow up mattress that can be placed in the upstairs office, creating a comfortable fifth bedroom. The entire home has a new HVAC system and triple-pane windows, maximizing both comfort and privacy.
There are 2 smart TVs for your entertainment, including an 80 inch flat screen in the living room. The entire home has WIFI, which you can use even by the gas firepit and jacuzzi out in the lushly landscaped backyard. The fully stocked kitchen has granite countertops and upgraded, stainless appliances.
While we welcome families and pets, out of respect for our neighbors and community, we can’t welcome any loud parties or irresponsible groups. Water and fire damage and Corporate rental inquiries are the primary focus of this rental. House is well maintained, constantly upgraded and in excellent condition, fully furnished and rental rate includes a gardener and all maintenance.
This beautiful home is maintained in pristine condition and serves as my principal residence 200+ days a year. I like to think that we are offering a truly luxury home that exceeds the experience of a much pricier hotel in Huntington or Newport.
