The complex has a Heated Pool along with a great BBQ area which is convenient for you to do your own grilling. This unit comes with it's own private Parking Space. The location is superb.It is nestled in the Heart of Hollywood Beach, Only 10 minutes south of Ft. Lauderdale Airport and 20 minutes north of Miami Int. Airport. It is centrally located between Miami and Ft Lauderdale with easy access to South Beach.It is close to great Shopping, Fine Waterfront Dining, an afternoon at the Race Track or even a Night at the Casino.You are also a few minutes away from a Round of Golf and Deep Sea Fishing.It is also 5 minutes walk to the newly opened Margaritaville Hotel and Spa.

Pool AND Beach!

This property is ideal. If you want nightlife, just walk down the broadwalk for bars, restaurants and live music. If you want quiet, spend your morning on the beach and the rest of the day by the pool.

Best spot on Hollywood Beach

One floor. Close to beach, pool, restaurants. Quiet. Had everything we needed as far as towels, chairs, pool noodle. Comfortable bed. pool temperature was perfect.

Pictures are deceiving!

Cheap! The WiFi was almost nonexistent, we couldn’t bring anything up. The TV was as bad, it kept telling us we could not watch that show. We finally got one program but it kept shutting down. Frustrating! Some dishes were chipped. Would not recommend it!

Relaxing at the beach

The perfect place for going to Hollywood beach, and strolling along the 2 miles of entertaining boardwalk. This nicely decorated condo is inviting and enables you to relax and enjoy.

Hollywood holiday

We have been to the area frequently. This stay was longer and we wanted more than 'a room' Being from Jersey, we are familiar with beach condos...this one was the usual. Loved the pool and the location.

Unit is run down and cramped. Internet is slow. No laundry; no dishwasher, warped floors. Little natural light. But hey you’re at the beach!

Location Location Location!!

This property was amazing for my husband and I. We stayed 5 nights for our Honeymoon and Gail left us a bottle of champagne and red wine, so sweet. Gail also checked in with us via text to make sure everything was good upon arrival. 1 street away from the Broadwalk made it super easy to go to the beach. Really convenient if we forgot something in the room to run back and grab. Short walks away from a variety of shops and restaurants. The gated property was nice but there was sand on the floor when we entered (not the end of the world). The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils. My only complaints were the shower had very low water pressure, even after trying to adjust the spray setting. It also is placed really high on the wall. I’m 5’3 and it was spraying directly in my face. The TV is also cable only. There was a washer and dryer room that was easy to use via an app that you could load money onto. Really nice affordable gem!

Great location

Great location close to alot of stuff, rented bikes and rode on Broadwalk alot to food and entertainment and golf and fishing and concerts. Nice pool and close to beach.

Fabulous

We had such an amazing time. The condo is well stocked with beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas. The owner was excellent. Nice safe and gated complex. The Boardwalk is a short walk and has different restaurants. The Boardwalk was my favorite. It’s 5 o’clock somewhere. Go to Margaritaville and check out the concerts. The only thing that I would recommend is having a blanket in the condo.

Arthur St Accommodation Hollywood Beach

The property is conveniently located a few steps from the beach and Hollywood Boardwalk. Only negative point is that the unit is quite dark and there is no view. Since all windows are facing the court yard the curtains have to stay closed for privacy. The smell of the air freshener was also a bit strong.

Boardwalk Paradise

Gail & Al are awesome. The place is very tidy and close to all. I recommend Latitudes to eat. So much to do, relax on the beach, rent a bike, exercise at the boardwalk fitness stations or people watch while enjoying a cocktail at one of the many watering holes on the boardwalk. I will definitely stay here again. Thx. Gail for being such a gracious host. 👍🏼

Location location location!

This property is as advertized on the site. Kitchen well stocked, bed was confortable, direct tv, parking space near the unit, super clean and inviting, inside and out. Very secure. The pool is amazing. Most other rentors return year after year and, as such, are very helpful with amenities etc. Contact with the owner was super easy and friendly, e.g., we locked ourselves out and within 30 min, the owner (who doesn't live near) sent someone to let us in. The best trait though has to be the closeness to the Broadwalk and beach without sacrificing privacy, peace and quiet and security! We would return there without hesitation. Thanks Gail for having made our two weeks trip to Hollywood a very enjoyable one!
