Relax in the open concept upper level featuring a king-sized log canopy bed with a pillow top quilted mattress, vaulted ceiling, etched and stained glass windows, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave, a charming living area with gas fireplace, tasteful regional artwork, log furniture, HD TV with DVD, stereo system, a full bath and a closet with cedar shake roof. Step out thru the atrium door to the upper deck and enjoy the large hot tub, gas grill, plants and birdhouses where woods and the National Park serve as your back yard ensuring privacy and peaceful moments. Carpeted stairs lead you to the lower level featuring a queen sized log bed with pillow top mattress, log furniture, a glowing electric stove, jacuzzi tub, washer and dryer, TV with DVD, another full bath and full-length deck with rustic furniture. Candlewood Cottage is conveniently located just 25 yards from the club house and pool. It offers privacy without being remote, personality in its decor, and all of the candlelight, firelight, sunlight and moonlight you might desire. A perfect little cabin!

I traveled with my two kids (12 and 15) to give them a fun weekend during my husband’s very long deployment. The cabin is adorable! It is clear the owners have created a space that makes them happy. It feels very personal but not in a bad way. It’s warm and welcoming! The best part was the bear family! We had a mama and her two cubs visit. The cubs climbed a tree outside the cabin while mama watched from below. We can’t wait to come back after the deployment is over!

Bear-y Cozy

It was such a lovely experience staying at this cabin! It’s such a quaint place in a great location. You get the enjoyment of a cabin stay while still being close to others for safety. And the amount of bears in the cabin, from the pictures to all the stuffed animals make it so cute! It has nice amenities and a really nice back patio to enjoy the Tennessee breeze. We’ll definitely stay again!

Excellent location and quaint cabin

Checkin was smooth, the property was clean, the hot tub was very relaxing. The proximity to Gatlinburg is fantastic, we very much enjoyed sitting on the deck. My only regret is not booking a longer stay! We will book again!

Amazing Stay!!

Me and my spouse loved our stay at this beautiful cabin, it was very cozy and relaxing loved our short time here. The hot tub was amazing and we would definitely stay here again next time we stay in Gatlinburg.

The perfect cabin

Smelly, Dusty, Hoarders Nest

The owners are clearly VERY proud of this property, but it is most certainly not user friendly and more importantly, it does NOT meet the code of cleanliness. It is disgusting to say the least! This house is so full of so many Knick knacks that there is literally nowhere to set anything down. There is something in every square inch of this cabin. It smells terrible upon entering, you get hit with an overwhelming stench of urine from the upstairs bathroom, there are filthy carpets and a moldy shower. There is soooo much dust in this cabin (our daughter suffered all weekend from this) Cobwebs everywhere because the place has never been cleaned! Once something was set in place, it’s been there for however long this cabin has been standing and NEVER dusted!! The couch is nasty and needs to be replaced. There is not one single glass to drink out of (all plastic, cheap, crappy cups that are all cracked anyway). The king size bed takes up 90% of the space in the common area so there is absolutely nowhere to put your luggage, except downstairs. The kitchen table is falling apart and ruined the shirt of whomever sat in one particular seat. The kitchen again has barely any counter space because of all the crap that is displayed everywhere and the kitchen is most definitely not stocked with items needed to make a meal. The cooktop is disgusting! To add insult to injury, there are roaches throughout this place. We had one on the kitchen table, one on the kitchen counter and one on the up

Anniversary trip

Great Location- Close to Gatlinburg Attractions
