This is a home setup to have a very comfortable and relaxing holiday. Yes I have your new place setup with 3 luxury queen beds and 1 futon. There is a 55' 32 ' and 2 x 26' LCD and dvd players for each, cable a natural and off course WiFi is available. You have a home entertainment system by computer hook up to the 55' LCD and stereo system. Yes a wine cooler for those important bottles for a quit glass of wine on one of 2 balconies, one with a remarkable view of the lake and at night unbelievable view of the lake and town in the lights. all the comforts of home leather living room area and numbered prints all around, with a touch of mexico look by the kitchen. The list keeps going 4 beach chairs and loungers and a small cooler for your private use for maybe one of those day outings, since there is so much to see lakes and wineries all around within in a hour drive. yes marble counters purified water in the fridge with ice making to keep your drinks in ice, or making blender with the bullet or regular blender. a water softener helps when having a shower or a load of laundry also supplied in the unit. Full compliment of dishes and glasses, being plastic for the pool, that is just outside your bottom floor balcony talk about convenience, yes I thought about everything I would want, when all I might have is the clothes in my suitcase. Cooking will be a pleasure if that is what you like to do with a large barque, pots and pans, rice maker, slow cooker, electric roaster, bean grinder for those morning coffee's. The list goes on, yes too much to mention. All I can say you will be in comfort and love your stay, and if there is something I forgot, send me an email and it will be there for your return holiday.

Excellent property!

One of the best provisioned properties I've ever stayed at. Pretty much everything you need for your stay is provided. Big 3 bedroom condo overlooking the lake and the pool area. Great deck for chilling or having your morning coffee. The property has a private doc with a swimming area and is also beside a small public beach.

Clean and easily accessible property. Perfect layout for group of friends and pet friendly. Be sure to read the rental agreement prior to booking as it will save you time and being better prepared.

Great stay at lakeshore villas!

This complex is my favorite place to stay in Osoyoos. The units are nice and spacious, the pool and hot tub are very well maintained and the best part is the private dock across the street. This unit was very well stocked with beach chairs etc and everything was great there was just one major reason I can’t give 5 stars and that’s the check out policy. You are required to wash your bedding but then also wait for it to dry and then fold it and leave it on each bed. This is a 3 bedroom unit with one small stackable washing machine so that equaled over 3 hours of waiting on our check out day. I have stayed in a lot of rentals including several in this building and never ever have been asked to do this. I just wish I knew ahead of time I would have just brought my own bedding. If that’s not an issue for you then I highly recommend this one!

Great choice for an Osoyoos getaway

Lakeshore Villas is a well-kept complex in Osoyoos with many attributes including beautiful grounds, swimming pool, a large private dock and an adjacent public beach area. Terry's townhome itself is also well-kept and fully equipped for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. It's a two-level unit with the main living area on the upper level, accessible by a flight of stairs directly beside its own covered carport. This unit has a wonderful view on the lake, mountains and sunsets from the deck on the upper living level that we much appreciated and enjoyed. Being west-facing though, it can get quite warm on the deck in the afternoon and evening during hot and sunny days (tip: set up an umbrella for shade). You also have to expect/enjoy/tolerate the sounds of people talking and kids playing in the pool area below. The ground floor has three bedrooms, which contributed to being ideally cooler during hot summer nights. The master bedroom has an ensuite and a sliding door leading to a small patio area, where we were able to store our inflatables and kayak. This also provided a direct pathway to the grounds and pool. The complex allows pets, as does Terry in his unit, so we were importantly able to bring our family dog. Although pets are not allowed to relieve themselves anywhere on the grounds, there is an adjacent field that solved this potential problem. Our dog also enjoyed swimming from the public beach across the street, or playing in an off-leash area that was a short walk away. Terry was quick to respond during the booking process and throughout our stay, and came by when we checked out to ensure all was good (which it very much was, thanks!).

This unit in Lakeshore Villas was very enjoyable to stay in. The unit was spotless on check in. 3 comfortable bedrooms. It was fully equipped and had a good view of the lake from the second floor. Good wifi. The unit was very quiet. Very good communication with the manager. We would stay again.

Superb Vacation Accommodation

This was a perfect place for 3 women on a wine tasting adventure. It is spacious, spotlessly clean, very well-equipped, and in a great location in Osoyoos. We would highly recommend it. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with.

I have stayed at another unit in this complex before, but this one was superior. Full stocked with everything you could possibly need, great location near the pool, beds were very comfortable and the host was absolutely amazing to deal with! Hoping to return next year.

Ladies' summer birthday getaway

Terry was fantastic to deal with, he answered any questions I emailed him, promptly. Everything you could want was there, at the property. It was so clean, the beds, pillows and bedding were extremely comfortable, better than at any hotel I've ever stayed. A/C kept us cool and comfortable, it was a beautiful, hot weekend! We brought our own food and cooked most our meals there, kitchen had everything we could need. Loved the patio access to instantly get to the pool to cool off, read a book on one of the many loungers. Just a short path and gate to the little beach across the road was perfect to bring our SUP. Lovely walk into town one day for some shopping, only a few km away. Always felt very safe, surrounded by a very nicely maintained neighbourhood. Had the best 50th birthday I could have dreamed of, I will definitely be returning!

Such a great place! Has everything you need, the location is amazing, the townhome is beautiful and the view just tops it off. I would highly recommend and stay again. The property manager explained everything and was easy to contact. We had a great time!

Beautiful lake & mountain view

Our three generation family appreciates Terry and Carol‘s hospitality. Their 3 bedroom townhome is super clean and modern ... Great dock and swim area across the street. Around the corner cute beaches all the way to the dog park/beach. Hope to be back!

Great Stay

Have been coming to Osoyoos for vacations for many years. This was the first time staying at a different property. The trip was last minute but Terry was quick to respond and was able to accommodate. The property was exactly as depicted and there were no surprises at all. Will gladly stay here again.

Beautiful lake front condo

We have stayed at this property for the past few years and will continue to come back every year! The condo is well decorated with all of the essentials! The views are stunning and there is a nice pool and hot tub to relax in on the hot days. I would highly recommend this condo complex and this unit!

Great place

We had a great stay here. Terry was extremely responsive to all questions and messages. The unit was very clean and even nicer in person than in the photos. Very well stocked with everything you could need. It was a great view from the deck. Great location with a sandy beach right across the street and the pool was great for kids as it’s nice and shallow. The only negative was the hot tub was not working the whole four days we were there, but besides that everything was great. We would definitely come back.

We bought this property because we enjoy Osoyoos and its great weather, known to be the warmest lake. We also setup our unit for others to enjoy, being fully furnished with nothing but the best and everything you would need to make your stay the most comfortable holiday possible

Why they chose this property

Its always about location. this property has great views during the day and Night. My place is right in front of the pool area, so if parents want to relax on balcony, and watch children easily from there chairs. Large dock and beach out front, if you prefer lake. Bottom floor walks out to pool area, where 3 bedrooms and 2 washrooms are with a balcony area. top floor is open concept, with another balcony for veining the lake and pool.
