Million dollar condo

Condo was as advertised, nice and clean. Location is fantastic with multiple shops and restaurants within walking distance. Building and pool area was clean and quiet. We saw dolphins every day in the bay from our balcony. Would stay again.

Wonderful place to stay!

We stayed for a week at this condo in February and found it to be absolutely wonderful. It was totally spotless, very spacious, and the beds were comfortable. There are good restaurants all around, and the beach is just a few minutes walk away. On our first day while we were sitting on the lovely and spacious balcony, we saw dolphins swimming in the canal at the back of the condo. Definitely a place we would come back to.

Beach Getaway

Great place! Just a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Condo was quiet and clean. Loved the ability to have a place to cook and do laundry. The money spent on this place suited us much better than a hotel would have. It was also a nice surprise when we got there that the condo was stocked with beach towels, and beach chairs, coolers, etc. Had a few questions for the host while we were there, and he got right back to me super quick. Would highly recommend this place for anyone!

The condo was great—within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and shops. The condo was clean and loved the view from the balcony. There were beach chairs, beach toys, coolers, and beach towels to use as well. Really enjoyed our stay.

The condo was exactly as shown on VRBO and the location was a 5 min walk to the Clearwater beach. Access to restaurants and stores minutes away. The condo felt safe and was easy to gain access to the resort and condo. WiFi was great for the kids. Will definitely stay here again!

Great Vacation

Large and very nice property with comfortable beds and seating. We usually stay gulf front but needed a larger property and this condo was perfect. The balcony overlooking the intercoastal was a highlight. So much wildlife to enjoy and several tour boats came into the canal. We saw more dolphin behaviors from the balcony of this unit than we did on the dolphin tour. The host was responsive and timely when we needed info and the kitchen has most anything you could need.

Great location owner great when we had problem using the accessing code to garage. Very comfortable. Would love to have had closets in two of the bedrooms, no place to hang clothes. Same for bathroom.....nothing to hang towels on. Great that you supplied beach towels and cooler for beach. Would recommend highly!

There were some minor issues that we let the owner know of. Not anything the public should know. Overall exceptional place you dont need a rental car at this location many very good restaurants to walk to the beach is across the street, only 30min to airport.
