This condo/townhouse is located on the the desirable west beach. It is a two story custom built 1BR/1.5 BA condo/townhome located within walking distance (5 min.) to downtown Santa Barbara shopping district and walking distance to the Stern's Wharf. The location is amazing but the condo itself is what has all our guests coming back! Our condo is part of a luxurious five-unit development community that was recognized as "2009 Project of the Year" by the National Association of Home Builders. Our tranquil condo is warm and bright, with a unique modern style. The first floor of the condo is the master bedroom which has a deluxe king bed, a high-end master bathroom, and a private porch area. The porch area is surrounded by a high privacy fence and plenty of shade from the encircling trees. When you travel up the stairs you will be astounded by the spacious feel with an open kitchen, dining, and living area. The high vaulted ceilings and natural light makes this room feel larger than life. It is the perfect space for entertaining guests or just a romantic evening. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. We love cooking on our stainless steel commercial grade stove/oven. Our unit meets all the requirements of a LEED certified Platinum Level and is three star Built Green Certified. We really appreciate the fact that our unit is Built Green and is environmentally friendly--from the landscape designed to reduce the excessive water usage, all the way up to the cross ventilation from the strategically placed windows.

The location is great! No need for a car. You can walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The host provided excellent check in and out instructions and was quick to respond with questions and any issues with the property.

West Beach Gem
We loved our 5-night stay at this property while in Santa Barbara celebrating our anniversary. The location was so convenient to restaurants/shopping/etc that at one point we didn’t drive our car for two days. The living space and amenities worked well for us and having a garage was a bonus considering the parking challenges in the area. Everything was as advertised. Communication with the property manager was excellent both on logistics beforehand as well as checking in with us during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Place for short or long stay
The property is in a very quiet neighborhood close to the beach and restaurants. Very nicely kept and a versatile floorplan with the primary bedroom down with full bath and a half-bath on the second level. Very open kitchen and living area on the second level. High end finish-out. Nice patio overlooking the courtyard. Great place to stay.

Beyond expectations!
Our month long stay in this wonderful townhome was the perfect introduction to Greater Santa Barbara. We brought our bicycles and explored the wine country when we weren’t participating in the many other amenities the city has to offer. This was a perfect retreat!

Two weeks in paradise
We have been in Santa Barbara many times, and lived there for two years (long ago). This was our first time in this neighborhood, and it was a pleasure to be so close to the water. Also, this is perhaps the best equipped property we have ever rented, even coming stocked with some non-perishable essentials in the kitchen!

Sensational Santa Barbara
This property made for a delightful stay in Santa Barbara! Perfectly located for walks to the Beach, the Funk Zone and excellent restaurants. The home was very well outfitted with all the modern conveniences and great design and the outdoor spaces functioned like extensions of the home. The only thing missing was air conditioning during the heatwave - but the quality construction, window placements and ceiling fan in the bedroom made it far more bearable than one would expect. Great place to stay and pretend that you live here!

Perfect get away
The location of this home was perfect for our SB stay. We love how we can walk right out the front door to go on walks, get coffee and food. It’s a 5 min drive to our beach spot. It was very comfortable for the two of us. Evenings were very peaceful and quiet at night for good sleep. We will definitely come back.

Santa Barbara wedding in May
We booked this condo recently to attend a destination wedding in Santa Barbara. This condo was perfectly located within blocks in State Street; Stearns Wharf; and the ocean. Everything is within walking distance and the neighborhood location of the condo is beautiful with olders historical homes and landscaping. The condo itself was a boutique experience…decorated to reflect the area and with excellent kitchen. We’ll be back….thank you for a great experience.

I hate to leave this review
Because this property is so good, its always booked and I'll never get a chance to stay here again! The condo is exactly as described, very comfortable for a romantic stay, it is very comfortably furnished and supplied. The location is great, walking distance to State St with many restaurants, shopping and winery tasting rooms. Walking distance to the beach and pier with .... you know the beach. Excellent support from management. A truly first class property.
