Come and relax outside on the south balcony, shaded in the summer, and wind protected in the winter. At night, after enjoying the beach and pools, relax in the newly decorated living room with gas fireplace or cook in the fully furnished kitchen. As bedtime arrives, you will sleep like a baby in the king size bed with its own private balcony. The bathroom located just off the bedroom has a new walk-in shower. It also features an enclosed garage with garage door opener for your convenience.

Thanksgiving getaway

The property was cozy and well appointed. It is centrally located to other areas we wanted to explore. The beach was within walking distance. The property owner was prompt I. Responding to the booking and supplying information. The welcome folder was helpful. We will consider returning here for our next visit to the Gulf coast.

Doggy beach vacation

We love taking our two mini Aussies on vacation with us. Brenda was so pleasant and approved both our fur babies to stay. Usually you can tell the difference in a pet friendly place but you could not this one. Super clean, location was nice. The outside areas were very well maintained and the security guard and gated area was nice . We definitely would stay again. Thank you!

Coastal comfort is an A plus.

We stayed to have a girls getaway. It was a short walk to to the beach. Brenda did have a wagon for us to use. There are 2 great pool options. Loved them both. Great little home away from home!

So glad we chose the Villas at Legacy for our visit home to be with family! The unit was top notch! Everything was clean and comfortable….the location is fantastic also! Our host Ms. Brenda was the best….so easy to work with, and great communication! She was very attentive and accommodating! We will definitely book here again when we come home to the coast! If you’re thinking about it, JUST DO IT, you will not be disappointed!

Great Getaway

My wife and I love to come here. It was our 3rd straight year. Very clean and nice location. Perfect place to relax and close enough to any of the attractions in Gulfport and Biloxi. Brenda is a great host and always is checking on you to make sure everything is going good.

Driving up to the property is quite impressive. The gate adds a measure of safety. We would walk at nite and it was so quiet and safe. We loved sitting on the balcony soaking up the sun. The condo was plenty big for the 2 of us. The convenience of making a meal on a day that we did lots of exploring was awesome. Plenty to see with Beauvoir, museums, casinos and the beach.

This property is charming. The villa is large for a one bedroom coastal unit. Over 950 square feet with a single car garage. The property is extremely well maintained with onsite security. The gated community hosts resort features with a home-away-from-home feeling.

What makes this property unique

GREAT LOCATION! The complex is very clean, well maintained, and conveniently located to lots of fun, great eats, and leisurely walks on the beach. The amenities are second-to-none. The pools, hot tubs, sitting areas, walking areas, community room, work-out room, and common areas are impeccable. There is so much to do and see along the coast. We enjoy the local attractions and take 1 1/2 hour day trips to New Orleans and Mobile for more exploring.
