The space

The Villa has 5 bedrooms. Whether you rent 1,2, 3, 4 or 5 bedrooms you will be the only one on the premises throughout your stay i.e. there are no concurrent rentals.
You have the option of renting different numbers of bedrooms for different periods during your stay, except for the December Holiday period. For instance, you can rent 2 bedrooms for 4 days and 3 bedrooms for 3 days during a week long stay. Note: requests for different number of bedrooms/days must be done at the time of booking.

Each bedroom sleeps 2 people. All bedrooms can accommodate up to two additional cots or cribs (additional charges apply).

Our spacious, flexible accommodations were designed by Architect Ian Smith for our own family and are arranged around a beautiful pool - nestled in a fabulous tropical garden.
Our outdoor and indoor lounge and dining area provide the perfect balance of indoor/outdoor living.
All 5 of our large bedrooms are en-suite ensuring peace and privacy. All 5 bedrooms are air-conditioned and have ceiling fans. All have their individual balconies with spectacular ocean views.

•Weddings & special events. Our spacious terrace is the perfect spot for your celebrations. It can host gatherings of up to 100.

Our accommodations work equally well for family groups, couples or groups of friends.

BEDROOMS
There are 5 en-suite bedrooms, situated in 2 buildings linked by the pool terrace. All bedrooms have ocean views, 12 feel wide sliding glass doors, private balconies, air conditioning and ceiling fans.
Bedrooms 1 & 2: master bedrooms occupy the top floor of each building and have king-size beds.
Bedrooms 3 & 4 are at the pool level. They can be set up with either king-size or twin beds and can interconnect if desired.
Bedroom 5, is a self contained studio on the entry level. It has a kitchen, a dinner table that seats 6 and a sofa/couch.
Maximum occupancy: With the addition of roll away beds, cots or cribs the villa can comfortably sleep 16. We are happy to share floor plans and advise you on the best configuration of rooms/beds for your stay.

POOL & TERRACE
The property has been designed so that guests can enjoy unrestricted views of the Caribbean, Anguilla and the neighboring islands of St Martin and St Barths.
The heart of the property is our 56 foot long swimming pool, perfect for swimming laps, playing games or simply relaxing. We have lots of pool floats and pool games. The surrounding deck has both shady and sunny areas and comfortable beach loungers. In addition, there is an outdoor lounge set, perfect for reading, enjoying morning coffee or evening sundowner. There are dining tables, a Weber gas fired barbecue grill and an outdoor cooler, perfect for parties. An outdoor shower with hot water is in the garden next to the pool.

KITCHEN & DINING
Our fully equipped kitchen flows into an indoor dining area that opens onto an outdoor dining area. A half bathroom and a laundry room adjoin the kitchen.

LIVING ROOM
Our spacious lounge is a cool and relaxing spot with ceiling fans, high ceilings, lots of windows that take advantage of the north winds, seating for 10 or more and plenty of books and games. There are separate areas for playing table games, and a desk with Internet connection. Large sliding glass doors and windows face the Caribbean and St. Marten. Side and rear windows look over a lovely garden.

GARDEN
A well maintained garden with gardenias, bougainvillas, palm trees, coconut trees, frangipanis, Maho hibiscus, cactuses, lilies, a Norfolk pine and a Flamboyant tree surround the villa.

BEACH ACCESS
It is a 3 minute walk to Sea Feathers bay beach, and a 7 min walk to Sandy Bay beach where you can swim and snorkel in the Caribbean Sea (you will need beach shoes). We provide portable beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers for your days exploring other beaches.

The Neighborhood
Villa Gardenia is located in the peaceful and safe residential community of Sea Feathers Bay on the Caribbean coast of Anguilla. You can walk to the ocean to snorkel or swim. It is a short drive to a number of the islands top beaches, including Shoal Bay East. Two large supermarket and several excellent restaurants are situated conveniently close.

Getting around

There are many attractions within 5-15 minutes drive of Villa Gardenia, including:
Beaches: Sea Feathers, Sandy Hill, Shoal Bay East, Savannah Bay, Junks Hole, Island Harbor and Fishing Village, home of the famous Festival del Mar.
“Gorgeous Cilly Cay”: a tiny island with a seafood restaurant reached via a free boat ride.
