The Naughty But Nice Cabin awaits your stay at this 3 bedroom cabin that sleeps 6 in beds (2 queen rooms and a 3rd twin room - not futons or sofa beds). Conveniently located in Historic ~ Bijou Pines ~ Everything you will need for an enjoyable, relaxing stay in South Lake Tahoe. A two-story chalet on a double lot with off street parking on a quiet, pine-tree lined street.

WE PROVIDE: A selection of DVD's family games, playing cards and dice games. Fresh linens, towels, coffee, tea, and an assortment of snacks for your enjoyment during your stay.

Enjoy the convenience of a fully stocked kitchen with 2 coffee makers (One Keurig & one 12-cup), stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and blender provided. Tankless water-heater (endless supply of hot water), Wi-Fi, a cozy gas fireplace and washer and dryer. There are 3 TV's total (one 55" Smart TV, one 43" Smart TV) for streaming Hulu, Netflix, Disney, etc. as well as a 32" TV for watching our collection of family and children's DVD movies. The bathrooms are equipped with towels, soaps, a hairdryer and a shower with a tankless hot water-heater with an endless supply of hot water, for your convenience - no wait time in-between showers!

PINE-TREE lined street with historic cabins, minimal traffic and woodsy atmosphere makes for a great place to take a stroll, ride a bike or just relax on our covered front porch. Enjoy dining, sunbathing and relaxing on the large, private backyard deck.

INSIDE, our tastefully decorated cabin is cozy, warm and comfortable with an abundance of Tahoe charm. Relax by the large stone fireplace where you can read or watch TV. Three TV's total:
NEW - 55" Smart TV for streaming TV shows and movies on Netflix, Hulu, ESPN, Disney, etc. A second - 43" Smart TV in the bedroom. A third - 32" TV in the den (not pictured) for watching DVD movies.

OUTSIDE: One gas BBQ Grill - hooked up to natural gas (no gas tank needed) ALSO one charcoal BBQ grill (charcoal not provided). Picnic tables, patio chairs and umbrellas. Covered swing, horse-shoes, badminton, sun-bathing and relaxing with plenty of outdoor seating and extra tables for your use.

WALK to the year-round heated swimming pool ($6 day-use fee), ice-skating arena, playground and park, just down the street. The LAKE is just a short, 3 1/2 block walk from the cabin. Bijou Golf Course, 24-Hour Super-Safeway, Starbucks, dining, shopping, library, bowling- alley, tennis, basketball and baseball all within 3-4 blocks walking distance from the cabin.
