Wonderful Vacation

Awesome centrally located condo

Ken's condo was awesome. The couch and bed were very comfortable and there was plenty of room for my boyfriend and I to spread out. The location is also great. We would absolutely stay here again.

Was a great location and just what we needed

We had a great stay. If there was anything for improvement would be blackout curtain in the bedroom and hand towels. We put a sheet up over the bedroom window. Loved the location and the property was quite comfortable.

It did the job

My rental bailed the day before my stay. I found this place last minute. I really didn't read the listing well (my fault). It's a cute small place for a couple. The couch is comfy and has electric recliners. TV's are small. There is no oven but two burners. Toaster oven. Lots of dishes/silverware/utensils but barely any seasonings besides salt and pepper. No washer/dryer. Lots of towels in the bathroom. Complex isn't the nicest but I didn't feel unsafe.

Fantastic stay!

My girlfriend and I stayed in this Daytona condo for six days and I simply can't think of a detail that might have made it better. The price is more than reasonable for this newly remodeled unit and the owner is helpful, attentive, and kind. He sent us all of the necessary information to check in at our convienence. We enjoyed it so much we decided to stay another night. The owner accommodated us with a such a request in more than a timely fashion. I plan to book with the same owner in the future. Homeaway made things simple and convienent. I fully recommend the website, the owner, and especially the unit.

Extremely clean property with luxurious amenities!

This is an excellent property! The exterior of the building needs a bit of updating, but the interior of this property is extremely clean and beautiful with amenities like marble countertops, luxury linens, and beautiful furniture. Cleanliness is the utmost requirement for me!
