Policies:
I do require three night minimum to make a reservation. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking the reservation, if more than 45 days out. The remaining balance will be due 45 days prior to arrival. If you make a reservation less than 45 days prior to check in then I do require full payment at the time of confirming the reservation. I cannot hold any reservations without a deposit.

Cancellation Policy:
Currently at this time all rentals are final and no refunds will be issued. We do offer Travel Insurance if you would like to protect your vacation for unexpected emergencies. Please ask for information on CSA Travel Insurance. Should any resort amenities be unavailable or closed due to weather during renters vacation, the owner will not be held responsible or offer any refunds or adjustments.

Vegas Stay

Great location, Beautiful room! The check-in process was relatively easy, but I was not a fan of being pressured into wasting any of my vacation time to attend a time share presentation. I would not waste your time with this in the future, they lied about the gifts and amount of time needed to spend to get the gifts. Other than this hiccup, it was a wonderful stay

Host very unaccommodating. Our short 4 night stay for our wedding anniversary was very disappointing

Our short 4 night stay to celebrate our wedding anniversary was very disappointing. Our host booked us in a room that he did not have available. Our late check in turned into a very late evening as they could not find our reservation through our vrbo booking. When we contacted our host to advise him his immediate response was well you realize it’s 2 am. If we had a proper reservation we would not have contacted him. Once we finally had our room we later found out that we would have to move again into a place that we had not booked originally as the host had mismanaged his bookings. The 4 of us were asked to leave our room and wait until 4pm again to check in to a new hotel location. We had all our luggage and groceries and had nowhere to put our things. This took up one of our travel days. The host did not offer to compensate us in anyway for disrupting our already short trip for our wedding anniversary. Would advise not booking with this host!!

Great for what we needed it for

Let me start off by saying my husband and I always stay at the Wynn when we travel to LV. This time it was for a totally different reason….. EDC! We were not looking to spend Wynn room prices when we weren’t even going to enjoy all amenities. I specifically asked the owner of the condo we rented if this was going to be a 2x2 suite, or if it was gonna be two 1x1 with the attached door so we could have an open walkway through our rooms… I was told, yes. It took me 30/40 minutes to check in because the way the reservation was made (by the owner of the condo). They had us in split rooms on different floors. Luckily, I was able to speak to management and get it fixed… what hassle!!!! Then, they tried to sell me on a Time Share meeting!?!?!? Ummm NO!!! I think I’ll stick to the Wynn for further stays. Plus- they do not have a restaurant in the hotel, it’s only a Cafe with terrible food and service.

Property was perfect for our getaway! Having a kitchen in Vegas saved us a lot of money. The pool was very relaxing. I loved that we were close to the elevator and the trash room was close too. I would definitely come back!

Great time!

Excellent location off the strip but still close enough. Had a great time at the adult pool and the 24 hour pool also. Room was clean and couldn't ask for more. Nice to have a kitchen so we stocked up on food (Uber to grocery store) when we arrived as food is really expensive in Vegas. I would highly recommend this listing. It was a seemless transition in and out of the property. The wristband key is nice, and turned out to save my butt on many occasions, lol.

Good stay and location

When we arrived, our paid reservation had been cancelled and there were many other unhappy guests in the lobby unable to get their rooms as well. We had to wait 2 hours past check in time and took a down grade in accommodations but Megan, the property manager, was very attentive and took care of us, going above and beyond to ensure we were accommodated and also reimbursed in a timely manner for the discrepancy. The resort had very good facilities with multiple pools, Starbucks/cafes, and gift shop with many conveniences and we were able to obtain the few groceries we required for the week right on site. It was also very appreciated that the unit comes with laundry facilities and detergent to do a couple loads. The proximity to the strip met our needs easily with our rental car (due to extreme heat or walking would be an option as well as resort shuttle). Overall it was a good stay and we would consider it again.

Great Alternative to the Strip

Stayed here for a week long girls volleyball tournament at the Convention Center and could not be happier. Big rooms, tons of space, full kitchen and washer/dryer were exactly what we needed. Super easy to grab a cab or Uber/Lyft and get a quick ride to the convention center or strip. Highly recommend if you’re looking for more of a “home” experience while in Vegas.

Comfy beds. Nice spot. Good placement.

Nice and comfortable. Full kitchen was great and beds comfortable. You can walk to the strip or a short Uber/taxi ride depending on where you want to go. You can walk 10min the other direction you can find anything you need for normal prices. The pool was nice and has on side for everyone and another pool that's adult only. Overall good experience. Checking in was a little long winded with their timeshare pitches but that had no bearing on my stay. Also you have to pay for room service but luckily there is a washer and dryer in the unit.

Good location

Property is nicely located close to strip. Enjoyed have more room for a family as opposed to a hotel room. We were not informed before arrival that pool would be by reservation only and fortunately found out through another group we were meeting in Las Vegas. We were able to get access for two days but should have been given either a discount or an alternative if this was not an option especially in the summer.

Shuttle service during the day can be improved! Ubered it most of the time anyway. They were really good about no pressure sales. They asked us at checkin if we were interested attending a 1.5 hrs session and offering each of us $150. Totally respect us when we said no and didn’t bother us the entire time we were there.

The condo was clean, well appointed, and exactly what was promised. The only downside was the concierge...I understand that this is a time share location but my guests and I were not interested in such an investment and the "salesperson" concierge was rather pushy and dismissive.

Exactly what was promised!

The unit was clean, organized, well appointed and exactly what we had been expecting! I spoke with the owner, Megan a few days before our arrival. She was delightful and very helpful. The only "downside" of the experience was the concierge who was a little pushy about attending a time share sales breakfast. I informed her that no one in my party was interested in this type of investment and she continued to push rather aggressively. I understand that it's her job, but when a total lack of interest is communicated I think it best for them to cease the sales pitch.

It was great we had our kids and they stayed busy even at the resort !

It was great besides checking in my emails and everything had the right dates but they had on there system 1/23instead of 1/26 so they kept saying that it was a no show. Thank goodness I showed them my vrbo app and emails and they had rooms available still after manager approval they gave me a room ! But the rest of the trip was great lots of stuff to do at the resort and around it !
