Lovely and clean upstairs studio apt.

Charming studio apartment with comfortable california king size bed, loveseat, dinette, bathroom and kitchen. 2-3 blocks to beach and downtown. Off street parking, on site laundry, and sun deck. Flat Screen TV, free WiFi. Secluded setting. Private fenced yard. Great location, clean. One block from grocery store, Jan's Juice and Gina’s Pizza, BlkDot coffee, as well as other restaurants, yoga, massage, etc. Many return guests.

Please note there is no central heat or A/C. While Southern California weather is generally mild, temperatures can get as low as 30 and high as 105.

Great location

This was my second time staying at this property. It has great character, is in a perfect location near Heisler Park and the beach, and is walking distance from downtown. Tarcy makes sure you have everything you need. I hope to be back again.

Lovely studio and perfect location.

My wife and I stayed here for nearly two months and loved every minute there. The apartment has a treehouse feel and sits among the "Tree streets" of Laguna, a mere two blocks from the ocean as well as walking trails at Heisler Park. It was equipped with everything for us to cook and live for our time there; great restaurants and grocery stores are easy walking distance away. When our baby was born a few days before our anticipated move, Tarcy was extraordinary flexible and helpful. Highly, highly recommended!

It was perfect! Location is the BEST! Fully stocked kitchen! Bed is comfortable! Beautiful deck to sit on and watch the sun set! We loved it!
