Beautiful two-story fully furnished home with all linens, sleeps 12-14, includes 3 Bedrooms with King-sized “Sleep Number” Beds, plus 2 Full-sized Beds, and Forth bedroom upstairs with Queen-sized Bed & office, plus an optional fold out couch in dining area. Multiple families Beach short stay

We greatly enjoyed our time at this Cayucos house. The house was charming and so well stocked with all amenities for us. We were half adults and half teenagers so the location between beach, town, and wineries was perfect. Also an easy drive to CalPoly. Extra cuteness was the bunny keeping an eye on us.

Wonderful experience!

This was by far the best VRBO house my family has experienced. The views were fantastic, everything we could possibly need was provided ( spices in the kitchen, kleenex, extra blankets, coffee makers WITH coffee and tea!). All in all, a very enjoyable stay!

Great kitchen setup and stockEspecially cutting boards, spices, utensilsCoffee bar was exceptional, lovely mug selection, tea and coffee set up was delightfulKurieg made the coffee super hot Charging station and all the accessible outlets next to the beds were delightfulSo many bathrooms was a treat for our groupBaby gate was essential and so perfect Was very clean, even in cabinetsCopious clean linens, insane amount of pillows and the made beds had the most comfy bedding and blankets The fenced in yard for small dogs was perfect, complimentary poop bags much appreciated. Neighborhood rabbits in the yard provided endless hours of spectating from the children.Lovely complimentary flower bouquet was appreciated

Cayucos Friends Trip

This house os the perfect spot for a large group of friends or family. The owners are onsite,so all issues are always handles immediately. This is the second time we have stayed here and we want to make it a yearly tradition.The kitchen is fully stocked, so it is easy to cook for the large group.Beautiful views of the ocean!the ocean.

Old Friends Reunion

Great family vacation

We had a great time on our family vacation. The house slept everyone comfortably and the extra blankets and pillows were a nice addition! Check in was easy and house is in the perfect location. It would be helpful to have the kitchen stocked with ziploc bags of different sizes and foil and Saran Wrap, since the house is so equipped for cooking in and hosting large meals. Other than that, it was perfect! Thanks!

Fun Family Getaway

We enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for my family (5 adults and 5 kids ages 11 to 3). The kids had fun playing in the fenced front yard, with the pool table upstairs on the main floor and at the Beach just across the street. The Kitchen was well stocked and the Dining Table had seating for all of us. The view of the ocean from the 2nd (main) floor was spectacular. The Property Manager was easy to contact and helpful.

GREAT HOUSE

The house is ideally located near the pier and downtown. Great house for large groups. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you might need. Doug was friendly and willing to work with us for anything we might need. We will definitely be going back.

Feels like home!

This was our second time staying here and we will be back many more times. We love this property! The house has everything you need and feels like you are at home. The location is so convenient, close to everything and just across the street is the beach. The house is about 100 yards from a kids playground and the community pool. Doug, the owner is quick to reply and goes out of his way to help you. You would not regret ever staying here.

Another wonderful stay at Gathering Place

My family and close friends love this property. Our third stay did not disappoint. Located just across from the Cayucos pier, it is walking distance to great restaurants and shops. The house is beautiful, spacious, with privacy for many guests. We enjoyed the pool table, the views from the great room, and meals and games at the large dining room table. The property is meticulously maintained and the owner is very responsive and helpful. We can't wait to come back!

Great house in a perfect location

Doug’s house was wonderful! We were a group of 6 friends and there was more than enough space for all of us. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting up in the living room overlooking the beautiful pacific each and every day! Quick walk to restaurants and trails was also great. The beds were very comfortable too. We hope to return soon!

CLU Group

The house was very comfortable with a beautiful view of the ocean. It is a quick walk to town and an amazing little coffee shop/bakery around the corner with the friendliest owner/workers. The gas station on the corner has the cheapest gas. The 5 of us very much enjoyed our stay and I’m coming back next month with different group of friends.

Amazing Views

We had a wonderful time. We had family come up from Southern California and we came from Northern California. Great place to meet. We had lots of fun playing games at the big dining table! Great location to see Hearst Castle, many beaches and the elephant seals. Lots of delicious restaurants within walking distance. The host is very gracious, too!!
