Superorange is making a statement inside and out! Natural light floods the interiors with a mass of large windows and glass doors that showcases the private sunny decking and landscaped yard. The beautiful void is a show stopper, making your stay feel extra special. Comfort is a priority at Superorange with a gas log heater, air conditioned comfort, heated towel rails, WiFi, Netflix and a glamorous kitchen you may just cook in!

The space
Superorange has been beautifully built and is designed by award winning designer Form & Function Building Design. This two storey home with a sunny yard is tucked away off street for absolute privacy.
Please note all bedrooms are on the upper level.

Lower Level
The spacious kitchen seamlessly flows into the lounge and dining area, creating the perfect space for relaxation and socialising. Large windows fill the space with natural light, and sliding doors lead you to a sunny deck, ideal for morning coffee or evening gatherings. Enjoy the best of indoor-outdoor living in a secluded setting.
The lower level also has a toilet off the lounge area, and a well equipped laundry with washing machine.

Upper level:
Bedroom 1: Queen bedroom with walk in robe and ensuite
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, wardrobe
Bedroom 3: 2 x single beds, wardrobe
Full bathroom with bath and shower.
Sun filled desk/office area for people on a working holiday.

Superorange has a double garage with space for two cars which guests are welcome to use.

Superorange shares a driveway with 69 Kerr Street which must remain clear for access to both properties. There is parking and garage access at Superorange.

Superorange is located in Central Warrnambool and a short walk to the supermarket, good coffee and Warrnambool's CBD. Public transport (bus) is directly out the front on Kerr Street.

No smoking or pets please.
We appreciate your shoes off inside for the convenience of all future guests.
Barbeque cleaning -
A $50 fee will be charged if the barbeque is left not cleaned before departure.



6 Guest limit - Additional guests (including 0-2 years old) require approval from the host prior to booking. On host approval, each additional guest will incur a fee of $55 per person per day.

Very nice and clean
The Superorange home was very tidy and clean. The equipment were in good shape (might need new frying pans). The location was good as well: less than 5mins drive to almost anywhere in Warrnambool. Overall a great place to stay

Still the best
We were so impressed the last time we stayed at SuperOrange that it is now the only place we will stay whenever we are in Warrnambool. This place is perfect for us, clean quiet and so close to our friends and the shops. As we said last time, we are reluctant to tell everyone how good this place is for fear of making it too popular. Donna has created the perfect house. Love it.

The property was extremely stunning and spotless. It has everything a house needs. It is in an ideal position that is easily accessible to everything. It is truly super clean, well-designed for a vacation, and, as the name suggests, "superorange". I can attest that it is a good area to be for a quick getaway like the one we enjoyed. Even if it is a little pricey, it is worth it for the quality and cleanliness of the property. Donna, the property manager, was really helpful and cooperative.

Super stay at SuperOrange
Super Orange My partner and I are both of mature age and over the years have travelled quite extensively. We have stayed in many different types of accomodation and would have to say quite honestly that SuperOrange would rank right up the top of the list for comfort, cleanliness and suitability for purpose. By that I mean that whether on business or pleasure this place is the perfect place to stay. It is superbly designed and extremely well built, offering such a high standard of quality in concept and design as well as materials, fittings and construction. So much so that we both felt from the moment we entered the premises that we could move in and live there, it is so welcoming. Donna, our host was always at the ready to answer any questions and nothing was a problem. Unlike most properties available for short stay accomodation, this house felt like we were sharing the hospitality of a friend and not just staying in an investment property set up to provide an income. Our only problem is that we are reluctant to tell everyone how good the place is for fear of making it too popular and unavailable for our next visit. Thank you again Donna and Leigh, we would hope that we are able to return very soon. G & Q

Scandi style in a great spot
Lovely modern property, especially the open, north facing aspect of the living space. Close enough to shops and restaurants but in a quiet street. Would definitely stay again.

Super holiday home. Architectural brilliance and superb location. We loved the attention to design and luxury touches like fluffy bath towels. The beds were very comfortable. The house was easy to access and close to the town centre. The fireplace created a cosy atmosphere.

Perfect stay
We have been Easter holidaying in Warrnambool for over 20 years and Super Orange is by far the most well equipped, luxurious and comfortable property we have ever stayed at. Its proximity to town was perfect for us and its private and secure setting made us feel very comfortable. We look forward to staying again some day.

One of the best !
We all had a very comfortable stay at Superorange. The house was spotlessly clean , lovely fresh linen, super comfortable beds, very well equipped in all aspects ,loved all the natural light that comes into the house and looking through the windows to the beautiful silver birch trees .we had everything we needed for our stay. I have a building design practice, Form and Function Building Design and our work is showcased throughout Warrnambool and Port Fairy.

I can't live without my family, good lighting, a beautiful built environment, a good glass of wine and my friends!

Why they chose this property

Born and raised here, my husband and I think there is no better place to raise our family. We intentionally have a 'staycation' in Warrnambool over Summer because it is the best spot to be!
