The house was lovely, and surrounding area quiet and peaceful.
The kitchen was well-stocked with anything needed to cook.
Cleaning supplies were available (except the hand soap dispenser in the master bathroom ran out while we were there.)
The light fixtures in the kitchen, living room, and master bathroom only had half of the bulbs working. This made for a dark and dreary feeling, and made it hard to see what we were working on.
The tv picture was awful, so watching tv wasn't very enjoyable.
The most frustrating part of our stay was the internet. Upon our arrival, we were able to log into the AmadoGuest account, as indicated to us on the note on the kitchen counter. It soon logged out, and we couldn't get back in. After trying a few times, that account wasn't even listed as an option.
We called the folks next door, who had given us the key, and he came over to check it out. He couldn't find it on his device, either. He said, "Well, it was working last week." He didn't know what to do, and didn't offer to try to get us some help. He offered to let us use one of his accounts, which he said would probably reach from next door.
The other two accounts were occasionally available, but the power wasn't good, and it didn't always stay on. My phone data worked faster that those accounts. My computer never was able to connect and have internet service.
In these days, not having internet access is a real problem. The last day, my husband and I both received notices that the bill had not been paid, and that's why there was no service. :(
