Great Place. Great Owner

He stayed at Todd's place for Memorial Day Weekend. Excellent location near to everything and just a short hop to the beach. Todd was a very gracious host. We will be back next year!

Great placement

The house was great, two blocks to the bay, one block to the beach. An amazing resterant across the street, and a grocery store in walking distance. The house was great we cooked breakfast every day without a hitch and the house fit 6 of us with room to spare. Definitely would stay here again. Todd the owner is very acomadating and helpful.

Great beach house for the price. 5 stars!

The house is perfectly located one block from the beach near a few stores to make it convenient to get food, liquor, and Rita's Water Ice. It is a drive away from the LBI bar scene however it is a close enough walk to the last Nardis but stop that it isn't an issue. The pictures perfectly describe it. The place is clean, well taken care of and clearly been loved by many families for a long time. The fixtures/tv/appliances feel old but that's ok- because of the price! If you want a great beach house this is it! I would go back again!

Great house, great location

My friends and I rented the property from the 15-17 of May. The owner was very professional, responsive to all of my questions and just really an all around nice guy. The house had everything you'd need and the five of us had plenty of space. The beach is literally across the street and the house is within walking distance of a ton of shops and restaurants. Would definitely rent there again.

Surf City, here we come! Laid back fun, rest and relaxation on LBI...

My husband and I desperately needed to get away last weekend before our son's wedding. We needed a simple, uncomplicated weekend where we could kick back, eat, nap and enjoy the beach. This rental afforded us all that and more! I am actually giving the owner, Todd, FIVE stars because he was incredibly friendly, generous and accommodating. He kindly offered to let us come down a little early on Friday since he had no one in the house, and let us stay late Sunday as well. He made sure we were comfortable and then left us to enjoy the house. The house sits right on the main blvd. in Surf City, so things were a little busy with shops prepping to open for the season, but we enjoyed being just a block from the beach and right next to Rita's Water Ice and other fun businesses. The house itself is very clean and pleasantly decorated. The kitchen was well equipped for the meals we prepared and the master bedroom has a super comfy Tempurpedic bed. I would consider renting this property again with our teens in tow, because it would be perfectly situated in an area with a lot for them to do. This is more of a "family" home than a "luxury" property; it is immaculate, homey, comfortable and pleasant. And you can't beat the great care we received from Todd. He really cares about his home and those with whom he shares it. If you are looking for an easy, laid back Jersey shore getaway, I highly recommend this Surf City rental.
