Hello! Welcome to our home in downtown San Antonio

About a 7 minute car ride from the Pearl Brewery complex & all the cool bars and restaurants down on St. Mary's. We love our home, and look forward to sharing it for your next stay in town. Make yourself cozy, or hit the town to see all the beauty this city has to offer!

THE SPACE:
The open floor plan layout in the living/dining/kitchen areas makes our place special! It allows us to do what we love best; and that's having our friends and family over to catch up & for dinner.

We live in an older neighbor, not gauged by people's age, but more about the fact that our neighbors have lived on the same street for many generations! Everyone is really nice, but we would like to ask that all of our guests keep our property (inside and outside) private for your use only. Thank you in advance!

The house was adorable! The interior was decorated with excellent taste. The home was very clean and well stocked. The neighborhood was a little sketchy, but we didn’t have any issues. The owners had great communication and offered help along our stay. The only thing that was a bummer was that the beds were too hard for our comfort. All in all one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed in!

Gorgeous house. No complaints about this rental. Justh wished we could have used the nice grill outside on July 4th, but we made it happen in the kitchen. The neighborhood looks a little rough, but is in a good location to get downtown quickly.

Great stay for family time
Our family of 6 adults gathered for an internment at Fort Sam Houston. Renting a house allowed us to stay up and talk as we desired without inconveniencing those who were ready to quit for the day. It was nice to have the flexibility of the living space and cook or carry out rather than eat at noisy restaurants. The house was modern on the inside, lovely, clean, and comfortable. The neighborhood was older, as noted, but vert quiet and safe. When I had any questions, the owner replied promptly. If we have the need for accommodations for the group in the future, we would look for this house again.

Really nicely remodeled home.
The property did not have cable TV and connecting via other devices was cumbersome. This should have been something the owner tells the renter up front. It was a big football weekend and a guys trip. The bathroom in the back bedroom did not have hot water. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Again, very nicely done home and super clean.

What we most enjoy about our neighborhood is the proximity to ALL the best things/places/entertainment/restaurants/bars that San Antonio has to offer! 7 mins away from the Pearl, the riverwalk, & the Alamo to name a few. We are also located in a multi generation neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle, with great neighbors who enjoy their privacy and respect ours as well!

What makes this property unique

The open layout allows guests to mingle in common spaces or for those who gravitate to their alone time… our ample sized rooms serve best for a more private stay!
