No check-in is required. Go directly to the your condo with an updated keyless entry. Our guests enjoy the keyless door entry as there are no keys to mess with. We know you have choices on properties to rent and we keep this condo in excellent condition with an attention to detail/updates. You will not have any surprises when you rent our condo!

This direct Gulf front condo has amazing views of the entire beach and the sounds of the waves are quite relaxing anytime of the day!

This one bedroom, two bath condominium has updated tile throughout with freshly painted walls and furnished with brand new furniture. It has magnificent direct gulf front views (beach and pool) from the balcony and sleeps 6 with a (very comfortable) king size bed in the master bedroom, convertible queen size sleeper sofa and two hall bunks.

The condo is equipped with many necessities for your fabulous vacation. Linens are provided for all of the beds and adequate towels for the bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, coffee pot, toaster, and blender. You will also find many useful kitchen utensils along with pots and pans for cooking.

Also worth noting is that Tradewinds has only 107 condominium units thus the beach is much less crowded than mega-condominium buildings. Tradewinds is about one-half mile from a shopping center which includes a 'Winn Dixie' grocery store as well as numerous other shops (Dollar General Store and Walmart), restaurants, and an emergency medical center.

Tradewinds is approximately five miles east of the intersection of Perdido Beach Boulevard and Highway 59. This area hosts numerous souvenir shops, restaurants, family entertainment (small amusement park, water park, etc.). The 'Wharf' is also less than 3 miles away from the condo.

My family as a whole loved our stay. It is a great location on the beach and a great view from the balcony! The place was really clean and tidy! Mrs. Tammy communicated very well and even called and checked on us to make sure we were good! It was perfect and we have no complaints at all!!

The place is cute, and a great ocean front view, but the place was very dirty, there was pee on the toilet, floors were gross our feet were black, wrappers of some sort on the floors like they were not swept and mopped, kitchen was dirty, and the beds were very uncomfortable. We did stay, I cleaned the place and sent all before and after pictures to the owner and cleaned very well when we left. I hate to complain but I thought she should know, she thanked me for the pictures and cleaning and said she would refund me some of our money but never did. Also it was a hassle trying to get our parking permit.

Excellent gulf view. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed for the week we stayed. The owner was very easy to work with and was always available. Will definitely book with Tammy again.

The view was great, but the beds are so uncomfortable. The listing states “very comfortable” king bed. The bed was the worst we have ever slept on. The sleeper sofa is not a queen, more like a full. I thought maybe it would be better since the king bed was so bad, no it was worse. The bunk beds would need to be for a child under 5’ (I’m 5’4” and my leg hung out the bed to lay down). The photos are accurate, but I would not rent this for more than 2 adults. Our parking pass was not there when we got to the unit. The owner did answer when I called her, but we had to talk to security and explain the maid forgot to leave it and hope our vehicle wouldn’t be towed. The next morning the owner said she couldn’t get in touch with the maid and asked us to drive to the office (5 minutes away I googled the address she sent) and buy another parking pass. She said she would refund the one we had already bought. This was aggravating because we were trying to enjoy our vacation, so I politely explained that wasn’t our responsibility. An hour later I heard two knocks and a man ran into the unit with the pass. I wish she would have told me someone was coming, thankfully I was dressed, but it startled me. The air conditioner keeps the unit cool, but it is very loud. The mirror in the master bathroom had fallen off the wall (before we got there) and was just leaned up against the wall. There needs to be some TLC to details, a full length mirror, and a new comfortable king bed and this would be a 5 star place.

Clean, Comfortable and safe. The only thing I missed not having was a full length mirror just because we went out a lot. If we had kids or anybody else I don't think it would be convenient to have the bunk beds in the hallway if it was a long stay. Definitely would recommend. Tammy was awesome with communication!

Orange beach condo
Great beach location. Good local seafood restaurants nearby. The beach wasn't too crowded. The condo itself was nice but they could use a better cleaning crew. The bunk bed sheets were dirty. Also needs a few updates too like better placed electrical outlets to charge phones near beds, a modern keurig coffee maker, and a new washer dryer unit bc the dryer is very, very loud. Overall it was fine for a quick 4 night stay.

DISAPPOINTING
FIrst of all, the grounds and building of the Tradewinds were in poor repair. Probably the most unattractive building in the area. Plaster falling off the walls in the in/outdoor pool areas. Everything needed painting. Gounds in general very unappealling.....dumsters in the front of the building as you walk in. These things could have been overlooked if you had a great room to go to.....NOT THE CASE !!! Believe it or not, there was not a place to seat 4 people. We wanted to have friends over for dinner but could not. The website shows a table with chairs on the balcony....there was none. Tammy said it was damaged. When I asked her to replace it, she ignored me and did not respond to my phone calls or emails for the remainder of the month we were there. She will probably use a tornado in the area where she lives as an excuse for not responding.. Funny....she broke off communications as soon as I asked for things to get corrected. The remote did not work for the old fashion TV or the DVD player. I had to buy a FIrestick to be able to watch TV. Luckily Amazon had it there in 2 days. The dryer was so old (was rusty on the inside) and soooo noisy we had to dry clothes while we were out of the unit. Cabinet door above the microwave fell off the hinge. I fixed it. Shower curtain rods were rusty. The furniture in general was old and a Hodge-podge collection of furniture way too large for such a small unit. I was a vacation property owner myself in Sanibel. These people have no idea how to furnish a place to make it comfortable. NO screens or curtains on the patio door. The bed was old and noisy. I could go on and on, but you get the picture. Some of the other reviews amazingly said this was a good place to stay - don't believe it. I will say the location was good and the ocean view was excellent. Even with that being said, do yourself a favor....stay somewhere else!!! I will never stay here again!!!

The reviews and pictures speak truth.... spot on! Condo is updated and decorated well. Perfect size for a couple. Loved the 2 bathrooms.... his & hers. Location superb! View amazing! The 7th floor is the perfect level.... not too high or low!! Building definitely needs TLC, but is kept clean....even smells clean...even the elevator-ha!

This property, Tradewinds, is an older property but Pam's condo is right out of 2021. It has been remodeled, and it looks fabulous. And while it was very lovely and comfortable the real treat was Pam's responsiveness both before and during our stay. It was important to me that I would be able to reach someone if needed and Pam made herself very accessible. I would stay here again.

Impromptu trip!
We decided to take an impromptu trip right before school started. Booking was simple and we heard from the owner right away which was great since we planned to leave ASAP. It eased a lot of nervousness. The condo was clean, equipped and just what we needed for our trip. The view was amazing and the beach was private. Pool area was nice and building was close to so many great shops and restaurants.

Perfect for our Family
Location was absolutely perfect, within minutes of all the restaurants and activities for the kids. Parking was plentiful and adjacent to the building, so no long walks to the car and no crossing traffic to get to the car. Easy in and out. Pool was good. Elevators were a little moody but ok. No ice machine. The unit itself was a little smaller than we expected, but it’s correct according to the listing. Very little storage space, so don’t bring too much. There’s one closet in the bedroom and a hall closet with a little space in it. The bunk beds were perfect for our 3 and 5 yr old, but are small if you plan on putting teenagers in them, and definitely too small for adults. There’s not much cabinet space in the kitchen, so we just used the counter to store our food/supplies. Worked fine. Fridge has an icemaker which will fill a small cooler everyday. There are no curtains on the sliding doors in the living area, so if you have anyone sleep on the pullout sofa bed, it can be a little problematic in the mornings if you want to sleep in a little. The host was excellent and helped us with every request in a timely manner. All in all it’s a great little place. We will return.

Great location!
We had a nice time staying at this condo. We arrived on a Saturday evening and were told to purchase a parking pass from the security guard on duty. We couldn’t find anyone. My husband ended up calling a number and driving to the condo management office a few miles from the condo complex. We only saw security on site a couple of times during our week stay. The unit itself was very nice and clean. The complex itself could use some updating. The indoor pool area looked a little rough. The location can’t be beat. We had a beautiful ocean view from our balcony and had a great time on the beach. There was a family atmosphere, which we loved.

Great orange Beach location
Tradewinds is a nice ocean front condo. Nice pool and great access to shopping and restaurants. Pool bathroom was cleaned too often and the door lock was broke. Everything else was great. Only negative was the one bedroom condo bedroom was right by the elevator and it was difficult to sleep later than 7 am

Our family loves to travel to the beach to enjoy Alabama's beautiful white sandy beaches. As a young girl, I remember traveling to Gulf Shores during spring break and the summer. It was always my dream to own a condo on the beach. After all of this time, it has come true. Our children now enjoy playing in the gulf and fishing off of the longest fishing pier in the Gulf of Mexico. After a long day on the beach, we like to find a place to dine and eat plenty of fresh seafood. We hope you decide to visit our condo and relax on the breath taking views from our unit as the sun sets every evening!

Our family has created many wonderful memories on the beach each year. We love relaxing on the beach and eating the delicious fresh seafood. It is centrally located and within walking distance to restaurants and fun filled family activities. Adventure Island it located directly across the road which has put-put golf, laser tag, and tons of arcade games. Souvenir shops are just around the corner. One of the greatest aspects of this condo is to watch the beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the gulf front balcony. What a way to spend time with your family and friends!!
