Ground level, no steps. Great lake view. Close to shopping mall, restaurants, bars and nightlife.

The master bedroom has a queen sized bed with a NEW Serta Perfect Sleeper Luxury mattress, a full bathroom, flat screen TV with ROKU and DVD. It has a sliding patio door that opens to the deck that is equipt with a gas BBQ grill and great view of the large boats!

Spare bedroom has a queen sized bed.
The living room has a 50" flat screen TV with cable and DVD player. It has full length windows that overlook the lake.

The kitchen has new cabinets and granite counter tops, stainless appliances and is equipt with all utensils needed.

Non-smoking and no pets.

Osage Beach Condo

Very clean. Great location. Short drive to most places. The bed wasn't the most comfortable. Great view from large picture window. Randy was great ! I would stay there again.

Awesome Stay!

Check-in was a breeze. The condo is beautifully decorated and the bed in the master was a dream! Although we didn’t cook, the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and there were plenty of bath towels for 2 people. The balcony is nice and the view of the lake is great especially the floor to ceiling window view as you enter the condo. Will definitely book again!

The condo had everything we needed and was so clean! Cannot beat the view and the location was perfect. Will definitely stay here again when we make it down to the lake in the future!

Location was great.

Easy to get to the location. No steps to the condo. View was pretty good. Pictures on site are from the fall or winter when there’s no leaves on the trees. The view was partially obstructed with leaves on the tree but you could still see enough of the lake to be happy with it. Beds were comfortable, sheets were great. Air conditioning worked wonderful. Would’ve been nice if there been a TV in both bedrooms. Washing machine sounded like it was going to lift off the floor when it was spinning. But it did a good job and so did the dryer. I would definitely come back again to this location.

Great location and property

Loved this location. Just a short drive away from anything you need. Very easy to find, with correct, and visible road signs. Good view of the lake and very friendly people. The boat slip was just as described and the small marina is literally 50 feet away from the boat slip. Definitely will stay here again.

Great stay!

This was a great stay in Osage Beach. Property was clean, comfy, and close to everything. Great views of the lake. No steps from parking. Our only wish was that they had a few beach towels but that would be my only minor suggestion.

Cleanest property I have ever stayed at!

Super clean and location with view of channel is perfect. Also boat slip is located to side of property in no wake cove next fuel dock. Defiantly felt safe leaving boat in water during our stay.

Beautiful view and convenient location!

The condo is updated with new floors, appliances and bathrooms. The kitchen was well supplied with enough dishes, etc. that we weren't washing dishes after every meal. It was very comfortable for our family. We would definitely stay again!

Great Condo with beautiful lake view and access to the Lake of the Ozarks.

We had a busy weekend since the purpose of our trip was to go tour granddaughter's amazing wedding. The condo was everything that was it was presented to be in Home Away. Randy takes good care of his condo and is good to work with. I rate this condo 5 stars.

Great condo. Ehh communication.

The condo itself was a great. It was clean, beds were comfortable, and bathrooms/kitchen were all updated. However, when we arrived we had scaffolding in front of the balcony. The entire view was obstructed including the view from the living room window. Furthermore, work began each morning around 7am. The owner was aware of the work but we were not notified prior to arrival.
