Relax in our charming cottage located on the south shore of Oneida Lake. The quiet, secluded setting at the end of a private dead-end drive includes a large yard and 80 feet of waterfront for your enjoyment. The living space has an open floor plan and the 3 bedrooms all have views of the lake. The master bedroom has a Queen bed while one quest room has a double bed, and the other has two twins. The master bedroom has an on suite bathroom with a tub-shower unit, and the second shared bath has a tub-shower as well. The large deck overlooking the lake is equipped with a table and chairs for your outdoor dining pleasure.
All linens, pillows, blankets and bath towels are included.
Bedrooms have air conditioning.
Just 6 miles from Sylvan Beach and 20 minutes from Turning Stone Casino

Hidden Gem is an understatement

We had a great time and didn't want to leave. The house is wonderful, well kept and everything you would need. Beautiful views. Very private. The hosts are right there if you need anything but they give you your privacy. We will return and we have never said that about any house we have rented. Thank you!

Two months at the lake!

We treated ourselves to a two-month vacation, so we wanted to be RIGHT on the water, and this cottage delivered. We had a huge, gorgeous frontage on Oneida Lake and enjoyed watching the lake at all times of day and all kinds of weather. Claudia and Jerry were delightful, gracious hosts who respected our privacy while responding to our needs quickly.

stress free week !

We very much enjoyed our time at Hidden Gems. We stayed for one week, first couple of days were rainy and cloudy the rest of the week was sunny and very pleasant. Relaxing with great views

The cottage was as advertised, a "Hidden Gem". It was a quiet area with beautiful views of the lake, sunsets, and sunrises. The house was clean and well stocked for kitchen and bathroom needs for the week. We even had use of the grill! We had several days of rain, but because the house was so comfortable, we were able to have some great family time. Claudia and Jerry were great to work with and responded very quickly whenever we had questions.

Beautiful location

We had a great time at this lakehouse.. It was very clean and had everything we needed inside and outside. The location is beautiful and the sunsets were as well. The water was fun- we could walk out far and play catch, etc.

Property was just as described and home was very clean, beautiful property right on the lake.

Great place to stay and very convenient to everything . Claudia came over and made sure we were satisfied with the rental and if we needed anything! You would be hard pressed to find another rental like this.

Relax and Recharge at the Hidden Gem

Nice location, quiet..the visiting geese and ducks were welcome neighbors ..beds were comfortable and the two bathrooms were clean and needed so there was always one available. The week just seem to fly by. Thanks to the Weber's ...great hosts for this VRBO

Beautiful view, great yard for the grandchildren to play. Claudia and Jerry, the host, made sure everything was great and were excellent communicators. I would not hesitate to rent from them again.

Wonderful Lake Views!

A perfect spot for relaxation with the water as your backyard. So glad I found this for my parents to enjoy. They liked being so close to Sylvan Beach and really enjoyed a trip to The Wild with my son. The kitchen had everything they needed! Thank you for taking such great care of the home so that it feels like home for your renters. A beautiful spot!

Relaxation

Our week stay at the "Hidden Gem" was relaxing. The view is great, we enjoyed having morning coffee on the deck. The hosts ensured the house had all the amenities needed. It was a great place for quiet and privacy with things to do a short distance away. There was also a great diner and an ice cream shop only a mile away.

The Hidden Gem

The view is simply breathtaking. We needed a vacation that truly gave us peace, tranquility and to come together as a family. The Hidden Gem gave us that and so much more! Jerry and Claudia were great and immediately responsive with any questions. You won’t be disappointed if you’re looking to get away and be on a lake. Look out for the bald eagles hunting for fish everyday around 5pm. It’s truly majestic to watch. Highly recommend The Hidden Gem! Can’t wait to go back.

Really is a hidden gem!

As a couple of the other reviews stated, this house is ten times better in person! The house was extremely clean and the view is absolutely amazing! Claudia and Jerry were great hosts, and we knew if we needed anything, they would be quick to respond. The location is private, but you are about 8-10 minutes away from gas stations and grocery stores. If you are wanting to swim/float, the water could be a little muddy right at the "shore". I'm guessing this was from the heavy rains and storms, but it might be like that all the time...not sure. Our teenage girls thought it was gross, but teenage girls think a lot of things are gross, so I would take that with a grain of salt! We booked the house thinking we would swim a lot, but we didn't and we still would book this house again and again! We ended up doing a lot of traveling around New York, and this was the perfect place to come home to after a long day of exploring! Again, this place IS a hidden gem! Thank you to Claudia and Jerry!

Amazing Lake House

Our stay at the Hidden Gem was nothing short of amazing. My brother was able to ice fish right from the house! The house is 10 times better in person! We will be back for sure. Claudia is one of the kindest people I have ever met, and she made our stay perfect! Thank you so much.
