About this property

My beautiful condo is located in the middle of the ocean block at 58th street. It is just steps to the beach where you can enjoy the beautiful ocean with your family or friends absolutely free. My condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms (1 master ensuite bedroom), plus 2 sleeping sofa beds, which can hold up to maximum 10 people comfortably. The condo has free WiFi, and cable HDTV. It has its own balcony where you can relax and chat among family members or friends with a cup of coffee while enjoy the beautiful ocean view. Our condo sits in the mid-town of Ocean city that has easy access to many nice restaurants.

In additional, you can stroll and shop in many nearby unique stores for your souvenirs (across street on bay side).There are 2 reserved parking in the back in additional to more public parking in the front of the building. There is no immediate close neighbor behind or across the street "over-look at you". If you're interested in more pictures, please don't hesitate to contact me.

To prevent COVID, our house-keeper is doing more careful/more detailed cleaning with spray/sanitation on things like door handles/table/kitchen countertop etc.

Rental can be weekly/mini-weekly (minimum 3 nights stay) (Note: Special minimum 2 night-stay ONLY applies for available 2022 summer time (June-August), please contact manager directly for reservation).

For reservation, please reach out to owner for any questions about this property. Before make reservation. please discuss within your family or your group members via a well thought process. and submit serious booking inquiry. Once reservation is made and approved by owner, any cancellation prior to 30 days of your arrival date will be charged one time $100 processing fee.

Bike week blast!

Great place to stay

We very much enjoyed our stay. A very short walk to the beach. Condo was great. Only thing that could have been better was when we used the oven, the smoke alarm would go off. Owner was very helpful. We would surely stay here again if we come back to Ocean City.

Ocean City trip

We were very happy to find this place for the Oceans Calling Music Festival; it's close to the convention center and the bus stops were a short walk away. The condo was really nice and clean and Michael was very communicative and ensured we had everything we needed. I highly recommend staying here for your next trip to OC!

Close to beach!

The condo was close to the beach. I do no like to leave negative reviews, but the owner should definitely look into a new cleaning & maintenance service and invest in tvs in the bedrooms and new pots, pans & utensils. Overall for the time we spent in the condo we made do.

Clean, close to the beach with ample parking. worked very well for our group of 6. sofa beds were not comfortable so when our 7th person arrived we had to double up the sofa bed mattresses. the dryer made a loud banging sound that we worried would disturb other tenants so we could not dry the clothes. These issues are fixable. Otherwise highly recommend!

Awesome Location!

Awesome location! Area is fantastic. Property is on a side street so it only takes literally one minute to walk to the beach. Condo is clean and spacious. It is on the 2nd floor so carrying luggage and bags up is difficult as there is no elevator. However, there is private parking for guests staying at the condo which is a great bonus. Host is very easy to get a hold of. You do need your own bed sheets and towels. There is a washer and dryer, along with a dishwasher. I would definitely consider staying here again if we come back.

July 3-10 stay

The condo was within walking distance to the beach and many great restaurants, as well as a bus stop for when we needed to travel further. The listing had accurate descriptions of the property. There is no elevator which we knew going into the rental but for anyone who has family members who have difficulties climbing or walking/lots of luggage (we were there for a dance competition) it may be a challenge to stay here. The property manager was easy to reach and responded to messages.

Ocean City Family Vacay

We had a wonderful time in OC and our condo unit met all our requirements: comfortable, spacious, near restaurants and stores , and most importantly steps from the beach. The condo owner was amazing in communicating with us. We look forward to another OC getaway and staying right here. This was just the end of the summer vacation we needed!

Overall great experience. Location was great for the beach. Had reserved parking in back, which was good. Place could just use some updates. Ceiling fan over tab was very old. Dryer made a clunking noise.

Nice, clean condo.

Condo was close to beach, perfect midtown location. Washer/dryer was nice to have and dishwasher. Beds were very firm and patio chairs were a little dated. For price condo was great!! Would stay again definitely.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY

We stayed here for the first time this year for 5 nights. There were 7 of us staying there ranging 7 to preteens to teens and adults… all of us loved the place and had plenty of room to enjoy ourselves and also have our own space when wanted. Maybe the rug in the living room could be replaced as it doesn’t stay down and it was tripped on several times but other than that, no complaints. The beach is a 2 minute walk and you can see it from your balcony! Will definitely stay here again! Thank you, Michael, for not advertising anything falsely as many places do, and be so quick to answer any and all of my questions. We appreciated everything and loved our stay at OC!!
