Family Spring Break Vacation
The house was as described and was beautiful. Its location, though, was not on the resort as described: no lazy river or beach volley ball courts, etc. check in was very easy. Property close to Target for groceries, etc.

Perfect Stay
This is a gated community that seems to be purpose built for vacation rentals. The house is huge, in very good shape, and maybe even better than the pictures. The pool and hot tub cost to heat so we didn't bother with it. We went to the community pool which the kids loved. Big pool, lazy river, water slides, snacks, bar. The beds were comfortable. With 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, everyone had their own. kids loved the game room. our house was water front and we had a gator show up every morning in the water. pretty cool. highly recommend.

Great home for large groups
We stayed at this property for my mom's 80th birthday. There is plenty of space: pool, bedrooms, bathrooms, community rooms and cool game room. The sliding door style doesn’t have a handle and can be difficult to open.

Great house
Perfect floor plan for our group! Think they need to add better pictures to the listing, not doing enough for themselves:) There was two washers! A huge “conference table” area upstairs, which we used for all the laundry. Bathrooms were huge! I would definitely bring your own towels, bath and pool. But again, 2 washers if you don’t mind doing laundry. I loved the lock on the slider to the pool and the screen fence that stopped the kids too!

Beautiful property
The house was spacious and large. Located in a great area. The host was very responsive. The only reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the projector wasn’t working in the movie room and we needed to have someone come to get the pool and spa temperature right. Other than that, it was a great visit!

Great home & location
We had a great stay! The house is just as the pictures show. The location is great- Target is right outside the gate for convenience. We went to Disney and Discovery Cove, both were within 25 mins drive. Communication was always clear and quick response times. The clubhouse amenities are very nice, however it does get very crowded. We checked it out one day but didn’t end up using it due to the number of people. The kids enjoyed using our private heated pool. There was plenty of space within the home for our 3 families to spread out and have our own area for privacy when needed. Would highly recommend!

Awesome house
This was an awesome house. Everyone loved it. Unfortunately the bar is so high for the grandkids now, they compare it to this house! the kinds were aged 10-5, and the pool, theatre and game room were loved by them. In fact we would be at the parks and they just wanted to go home to our house. We never went to the community pool and fitness area, it was very crowded, but to them having their own pool was heaven! The common area is plenty big enough for everyone, the kitchen is large and you have everything you need ( not lie your own house but you can make do with what is there) the key pad situation is so unreliable we just hit the call button and they would open the gate. But yeah a great house and great location, you can’t go wrong!

Wonderful Theme House
Our grandchildren squealed with joy as they went from room to room of this house. Each room was themed to perfection. The king bedrooms were nicely decorated and worked well for the adult family members.

Softball spring break
The house exceeded our expectations. We had plenty of room for everyone. The arcade & movie room were a big hit with everyone, young & old alike. The pool was great. It was a plus to have washers & dryers in the unit. They responded very quickly when we had a problem with the slider & fixed it very quickly. Thanks again

Perfect for our large family
We celebrated my 60th Birthday with my Sister and my Daughters and their families. We had a total of 17 people with ages 4 through 64. This is a perfect place for large families. We never felt like we were walking all over each other. The pool and spa were amazing for our relaxation days. The game room kept us all entertained. The rooms and bathrooms were generous in size. The kitchen was perfect for cooking meals for our group. We loved this place and everyone was sad to leave at the end. Definitely a place we will come back to. Thank you so much for an amazing place to celebrate my 60th Birthday with my huge family!!!!

Fantastic for a big group
The house was situated wonderfully close to the main parks, super clean, with an easy check in process, plenty of parking, and all the elements you didn’t know you wanted-but that you needed. A millennium Falcon bed? Check. Harry Potter themed Game room? Check. Frozen themed room? Check. Theater room with reclining seats? Check. Fully stocked with the essential kitchen ? Check.

Great house
The property was well balanced with upstairs and downstairs bedrooms and bathrooms and beds were very comfortable. Pool was nice and warm and game room was a great feature. Conveniently located near attractions and amenities. Could use more kitchen utensils such as cooking bowls and unbreakable plates but that was a very small issue. Would definitely stay again
