Great spot!

Our 2nd time at this rental. Glad to see they retiled the shower. Clean, great location, no frills but perfect for our family.

Good value!

Furniture is dated and worn but overall the place was clean and functional. Very short drive to beach and shopping/restaurants and boardwalk. My 5yo LOVED spending each afternoon in the pool. Would stay here again.

Comfortable and Convenient!

Clean and well kept. Plenty of space for our family. As others have said a little bit dated decor, but comfortable beds and furniture. The air conditioning was rock star! We cooked a lot and the kitchen was suitable for all of our needs. Enjoy being close to the outlets and really just a small drive to the beach and the boardwalk. The pool in the complex is really large and quite well-kept. We enjoyed it a few times.

Week stay

My family and I enjoyed staying in Delaware at Pat's rental. There was everything in the home that was listed. You do need to also bring your own coffee (besides sheets/towels) if you are a coffee drinker. There were tons of baby ants by the trash that climbed onto the counter and did make it to some of our food. This was before we saw them. Once we knew, we moved all food away from the location. My children.would say putting a TV in the twin beds room would be nice but otherwise, our stay was very nice. The bed was comfortable and the outdoor pond was very relaxing 1st thing in the morning. Thank you Pat

Just right

A very nice condo with a view from patio of lake. The facility has a nice pool with a lifeguard on staff. This place is a very close drive to the beach, under 10 mins. I definitely would recommend.

A Great Home Away from Home

This condo was a great fit for my family of 3. It was spacious and comfortable, and sitting out back with the sound of the fountain was a delight. The pool access gave us a nice change of pace when we didn’t want to lug all our stuff to the beach. We loved that we were close to everything, and the need to drive the short distance to the beach and downtown was no issue at all. There’s very little that’s truly walkable with a 3 year old anyway! The parking permit was a real plus, especially when we found the town map that clarified which areas were permit and which were metered. We didn’t find parking to be a real issue anywhere. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Family Beach Trip

Very nice, single-level condo that was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 young children. The unit was clean upon arrival. Located in a very convenient spot to jump into the downtown area without contending with much traffic. Also very convenient to reach Turtle Bridge and the Rehoboth Elementary playground - very popular spots for our kids. The community pool was also a perfect afternoon spot after a day at the beach - the trees surrounding the pool provide late afternoon shade to get the kids out of the sun while still having some fun in the water. The appliances are showing age and will likely need upgraded soon… but overall it was a wonderful week!

Awesome Place if you want a low key vacation.

Property Manager was great. Answered all of questions and concerns that we had before and during our stay. The area is very quite! Prefect if you want a low traffic and low key vacation. Only con - the decor is a slightly out dated, but we enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Home-Away-From-Home!

This was by far our luckiest find during our stay in Rehoboth Beach! The condo had plenty of space for our family, a resident parking pass so we didn't have to pay each time we parked at the beach or went out to eat, beach chairs, a pool, and a great location for getting to the beach without having to go through the traffic of the main road. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Rehoboth 2022

The condo was very spacious and the AC was nice and cool. It was clean and the location is perfect. The only two comments I would leave for improvement are the check in/out process. I would much rather a digital keypad then have to carry a key around with me and risk losing it. Also, the kitchen could be a little better stocked. Couldn’t find any steak knives and only one large frying pan that everything would stick to. Other than that, we absolutely loved staying here and will definitely stay again and highly recommend to others.

Very relaxing

From booking through departure, everything was easy. We enjoyed having a place close enough to the beach, downtown, and stores along route 1. My husband and I even found a good bike route we enjoyed. The community pool was great. Yes you have to bring towels and linens but by doing so, you save money, less fees. We brought our sheets and towels in a laundry basket. The condo was clean and suited our needs. The twin beds are on wheels. It would be good if they didn't move around. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching the water fountain. We would rent the condo again.

Clean, Basic, Affordable Beach Base-Of-Operations

Everything worked, everything was clean, the neighborhood was nice and quiet, and, for being west of Route 1, it is a relatively easy bike ride to the beach. Although not mentioned in the listing, it seems many guests have left behind helpful staples such as dishwasher detergent, dish soap, laundry detergent, salt, pepper, etc., saving us the pain of buying all of these things for a short trip. It served us well as a base-of-operations for our weekend getaway. The listing description and photos are accurate and there were no surprises, but it still bares mentioning some things that some might take issue with. -The absence of any towels or linens makes for a bit of a chore, taking up lost of space in suitcases and makes checking out a real chore. -The property is quite dated (1990's) and the dishwasher is very loud. It's function-focused and perfect for those looking for a base-camp, but some might not care for it. The photos illustrate this. -The property is accessed by a key in a lockbox containing one key to the front door. It makes for a rather clumsy way to access the property compared to electronic locks I've grown accustomed to with most rental properties.

Labor Day Get Away

We had a great time at this condo. Great location. The view of the Lake and sound of the fountain was so relaxing. Lots of natural light and very quiet even though we were close to Coastal Highway. There is a Mexican restaurant, organic food market and spirits store in walking distance of the condo which was great. Having a parking pass to downtown Rehoboth was a nice touch. Check-in and Check out was very easy.

Perfect for our family of 4

This was a perfect property for our family w 2 young kids. Modest, but clean and spacious and well equipped 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom, quick walk to the pool (also spacious and clean). Quick drive to the beach (we’ll bring our bikes next time to bike downtown). Owner was very accommodating when we arrived early and grabbed the pool pass! Will definitely book again!

Comfortable and convenient

Beautiful property, close to beach and restaurants, terrific pool. Owner was very responsive to questions and when advised of a small problem, he came the next day to make the repair. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and treasured the tranquility of the pond and the fountain.

Magical beach retreat!

This place exceeded our expectations in every way!!! We loved it so much we immediately requested to rebook for next year. The pictures do not do it justice. It’s such a beautiful, peaceful retreat on the lake, just minutes from the beach. We enjoyed walking and driving to the beach. The parking pass made it so easy. The sunsets from the patio overlooking the lake were gorgeous and it was quiet and relaxing while being so close to everything! The nature trail was also a great bonus. Everything was so clean and well stocked, check in was seamless, Pat was incredibly responsive and helpful and the whole experience was just great. Can’t recommend enough!
