About this property

Affordable Family Friendly Lake Havasu Home

Spacious, clean and comfortable 1,600 square foot single family residence consisting of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen and dining area blend together to offer a great place for socializing while grilling on the large covered back patio or throwing something together in the sizeable kitchen, which has a counter/bar and plenty of counter space for family-style serving, a double oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and cook-top.

The great room has plenty of seating for movie night after a long day on the lake. The couch and love seat have two recliners each.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, a twin daybed with a twin trundle, one of the guest bedrooms has a queen and the other room has two full beds. There are two twin rollaways as well. The house comfortably sleeps 12 guests, with room for others on air mattresses in sleeping bags.

The home has central air and ceiling fans in each room for added comfort. It also has a soft water system, which helps refresh your body after a long day in the sun.

The house is located in a quiet area of Lake Havasu (up on the hillside above Terrible Herbst) on the south side of town, just minutes away from the launch ramps and the London Bridge. The lot consists of nearly ½ acre allowing for plenty of room for parking, including a boat(s) and jet skis.

If you and your family are looking to get away for a few days or a couple of weeks, this home will be perfect for an enjoyable stay in Lake Havasu.

Fully equiped home away from home

This house has everything you need, from a fully equipped and nicely stocked kitchen, to washer and dryer, there is really nothing missing that you would expect in your own home. The best part about staying here are the owners. Wendy responds to any issue within hours, and resolves them in short order. All rental homes are going to have things come up, and the difference between terrific owners and poor ones is immense. Highly recommend this property!

Nice house for a family

We have stayed at this house in Havasu 2 times, 30 days each visit. We were very comfortable in the house, its located in a subdivision, you have to drive to reach the lake but we were fine with that. If we want to stay in Havasu again this will be the 1st place I will see if is available because it works for us and I feel comfortable with the Manager

Just as advertised

Cozy home on quiet street close to everything. We stayed for a fishing trip to lake havasu for 4 night with 3 adults and iur dogs. House was nice and had plenty of room for cars and boat. Backyard is fenced in which is nice for pets. Everything worked great and check in and out was as smooths as can be. Will definitely be back soon.

Terrific house in Lake Havasu

This home checks all the boxes. All amenities, including complete cable tv, spacious kitchen and 3 bedrooms. It is centrally located on a quiet street that is easily accessible to all parts of Havasu. Great living room furniture to relax in while watching the big screen tv. Wendy is reachable at short notice for any issues, and she responds very quickly. The kind of owner that you want to stay with!

Summer vacation

We had 2 families of 4 total 8 stay here for a week. Great quiet location very comfortable. We also brought our 2 dogs. The only thing I would mention is that the walls to the backyard are a little short so if you have bigger dogs that can jump you would have to keep an eye on them. Other than that everything was great would definitely stay here again.

Lake Havasu Winter 22

My wife and I were well pleased with the home. Every thing we needed for a comfortable winter was in place. The internet and cable were perfect. The kitchen is large and well laid out. We cook almost all meals at home, and the kitchen and pantry were extremely workable. Plenty of hot water, and heat and A/C were easy to adjust. The hosts are very accessible, and responsive. We are already booked for next winter!

Great family get away

house has so much space! Great size rooms. Huge living room. I love that they had spare beds and a lot of extra supplies. Best part for my sister was that they had a pop in coffee machine with great coffee pods included. Backyard is so big, we had a great summer night grilling and hanging out after a long day at the lake

Owners really helpful! Location was few minutes to London Bridge. Games are available to play while at the home. Extra roll out beds were definitely a plus! Had a little water drip which was fixed asap and credited for. Overall a great experience! I would definitely recommend this house and come back again. Thank you!

Great place for our group!

Wendy’s place was a great size for our group of 8 and one giant dog! The large kitchen was perfect for feeding our crew. We made use of both of the roll away beds and everyone slept pretty comfortably. The location is great and the neighborhood quiet. Super close to the grocery store also. All in all, a great trip.
