Our well stocked gulf-front condo on the east side of building is very charming and beautifully decorated. The unit has one bedroom, 2 Bathrooms, bunk bed and your own private balcony for you to enjoy the breath-taking views of the emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico and its spectacular sugar white sand beaches. Those unforgettable sunsets and incredible sunrises make your days complete. Being on the 14th floor, you get a spectacular view of the aquatic life in the gulf and your own privacy as well.

Our unit has a bedroom with a king-size bed, cable TV, and attached bathroom. Along the hallway is the bunk bed. The kitchen and living room area overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and is furnished with a queen-size sleeper sofa, 32' flat panel led HGTV with cable, and DVD player.

**THE UNIT HAS A FULL KITCHEN WITH REFRIGERATOR ELECTRIC RANGE, DISHWASHER, MICROWAVE,COMPLETE COOKWARE SET AND UTENSILS, COFFEE MAKER, BLENDER, TOASTER, SLOW COOKER (CROCK POT) AND MORE....

**A WASHER AND DRYER ARE ALSO INSIDE THE UNIT.

**MAPS AND BROCHURES ARE AVAILABLE.

** WIFI INTERNET SERVICE AVAILABLE INSIDE THE CONDO AND AT STARBUCKS.

Emerald Beach Resort has the best location in Panama City Beach. It features a large gulf front swimming pool (heated during winter time) and hottub. Another 2 pools across street, one geared to kids with bucket dumps, and another hottub! located just a couple minute walk to Sharkeys for great food and drinks. It is also located 20 minute walk to Dan Russell Fishing Pier and Pier Park Shopping Center (restaurants, movie theatre department store, gift shops are and more...).

All monthly rentals will be charged $200 monthly utility fee and a $190 cleaning fee.

CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES:
1. Please check out no later than 9:00 am (housekeeping starts at 9:00 am).
2. Load and start the dishwasher. USE ONLY DISHWASHER SOAP
3. Please wash the used bed sheets and pillowcases and start in the dryer prior to departure.
4. Empty the fridge (discard food) and please take the trash out (trash chutes are
located both to the east and west of unit by elevators).
5. Remove used linens from main bed.
6. Remove used linens from sleeper sofa.
7. Remove used linens from bunk beds.
8. Please don’t forget to leave all the resort wrist bands (there will be a charge of
$10.00 for each unreturned resort/pool tags).
9. Please close the balcony sliding door and lock the front door.

Winter getaway

Our entire trip and stay was awesome, and the resort is great with excellent staff. We hope to return again. The owner was very personable and immediate responses to anything we needed. Very positive and fun experience.

Wonderful view of the beach from the 14th floor balcony. Very nice to step out the door and right on to the beach. Also within walking distance to to restaurants and shopping. Great communications with the owner, we had everything we needed to make it a stress free vacation.

Property owner is super friendly and great with communication and quick response. We have visited PCB about 10 times. Check in process was the smoothest it has ever been and the condo had everything we needed for the kitchen and the beach! Also had extra pillows, blankets and towels which was super nice! We would definitely return to the same condo! Great location- easy walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. Emerald Beach is our favorite place to stay!

The condo was nice and clean and we had a overall great experience! The owner of the condo communicated great and really made sure we had a awesome stay! The elevators are a long wait at times but it is worth it! The view of the ocean is fantastic! I would recommend this condo to anyone!

This condo was very nice! I would definitely stay again. It has everything you could need for the beach. The owner was very easy to get ahold of and to work with! The only thing is check out time is at 9:00 which is a little earlier than usual.

The perfect location!

The property itself is great! You can not beat the location and the views! The host was great and her communication was great. We would stay there again! The only negative I can think of is when you leave in the morning you have to wash and put the bed sheets in the dryer. We wanted to get up right away and hit the road but having to wait on the washer to get done held us up. Again, I would 100% recommend staying here! Great place and great host!

Amazing view and comfortable stay

The condo was perfect for our family of four. It was very nice for the kids to have a bathroom of their own and the bunks were perfect for them, 10 and 12. The elevators get a little busy at checkin but aren’t too bad the rest of the day/trip. The view doesn’t get any better than this and the beach access is very convenient. The owners are helpful, responsive and very friendly!

This unit is perfect. I do not have any complaints. The host is easy to reach and responds promptly. Navigating the property can be confusing at first but after a time or two it’s simple. I will definitely rent again.

Perfect Getaway

I could'nt of asked for a better location, condo, owner and location. The view is absolutely beautiful. If its cool you can sit on balcony and get all the sun you want. The place was spotless and well stocked with starter needs. The owner was great, available, and friendly. This place is beyond any expectation I could inagine.

Great location , 1 mile from Pier Park, love staying on upper floors, the view was wonderful, the balcony was spacious and private. The condo is not fancy or decorated beautifully, but has everything you need for a great vacation, condo was clean and the elevators are very fast. Ethann was easy to get ahold of and very helpful. I Would definitely stay at this condo again.

The communication with the owner was great. When I called she answered. And was very accommodating. The condo was nice. Furniture was dated (to my taste). The view was the winner!!! Amazing view of the ocean. I would go back to this beachfront location.

Don't hesitate-BOOK IT!

I loved everything about this place. The communication with the owner, the friendliness of the people, the location and the condo itself was exactly as described. It was super clean and very comfortable. Although we were on the 14th floor, the elevators moved quickly so there was no issue. All instructions were laid out for us so there was no need to contact the owner with any additional questions. I will most certainly stay in this exact unit again!

Exceptional

I had the pleasure of staying thirty two nights. I could not have asked for any better of an experience. Not only did the accommodations exceed my expectations but I meet some amazing residents. Throughout my visit I was also always warmly greeted by employees. Being a 83 year old traveling alone my family back home appreciated knowing I had wonderful accommodations and individuals who warmly welcomed me. A few of who I exchanged phone numbers with and took a couple day trips with. Unfortunately it’s back to the cold Indiana weather ! But I plan to rent again. I will truly miss the view and great location.

Nice overall

Would have given it a higher rating but they advertised a beach chair with an umbrella. What they had were old, rusty, very small, cheap chairs which were out of line with the rest of the condo. When I asked they told me they got rid of the beach chair and umbrella 4 years ago because people kept breaking it. This is understandable but they should have updated their advertising and contract.

Not what I expected

Furniture was not up to power. Air never got below 76 degrees even though we had it on 70 and did not keep balcony door open and closed the curtains during the day while we were at the beach or out of the condo.mattress had hump in the middle of bed. I've been coming to PCB for 30 years never have I had to wash sheets or towels. Why am I paying a cleaning fee? Elevators were down first 2 days we were there or some of them or escalators. My husband is 65 and has a heart attack would of been nice to know .
