Our luxury 3 bedroom property is now affiliated with JW Marriott and steps from the Beach less than $400 per night!!
Weekly renting is a SATURDAY to SATURDAY BOOKING(5 night minimum stay)

The perfect get away from the regular hassles of life. You will have complete access to the largest infinity pool on the island. This luxurious 3 bedroom/2 bath residence sleeps 6 and has spectacular ocean views and is appointed with modern furnishings and finishes including granite counter-tops, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, private laundry room with washer and dryer, flat-screen TVs in every room, indulgent beds and what has got to be the most spectacular sunrises! This unit is completely furnished and includes linens for bedrooms and bathrooms, cooking and dining essentials, ironing equipment, and hair dryers.

Amazing Experience!

The condo exceeded our expectations! It was much more spacious than we expected and very clean. The kitchen had all the necessary supplies, including coffee filters, paper towels, and dishwashing and dishwasher detergent. The washing machine and dryer were very helpful, and laundry detergent was supplied. The view of the ocean was beautiful! Access to the Marriott facilities was a bonus, especially for our adult children. We're already thinking about a return trip next year!

First St Maarten visit

We wanted to stay away from the airport and this was great. We wanted to explore the whole island and this was our home base. The vrbo was clean and quiet and just what our group of 4 needed. Thankful fur daily towel and garbage service. Biggest disappointment was activities that were cancelled. Would definitely go again and stay here.

Wonderful Experience!

My family and I had the best time on our recent St. Maarten adventure, with the accommodations exceeding our high expectations. The apartment was attractively appointed, very clean, and quite large - felt right at home within minutes of walking in the door. Dan was most helpful in providing us advice and recommendations prior to our arrival. Our check-in was a breeze and the Westin staff acted friendly and professional. This offered the best of both worlds, having access to the Westin amenities while also having our own living space within a 2 minute walk to the pool and beach. We would definitely return!

We have been married for 12 years. We went to St. Maarten for our honeymoon and fell in love with the Friendly Island. On our second return we purchased this luxurious time share so we can keep coming back!! Work schedule does not allow us to come back every year.

We always wanted to live the high luxurious lifestyle, and here we can do it! This place has it all!! The prestigious name of Westin, private beach, beautiful pool and fantastic restaurants.

What makes this property unique

How many vacation spots do you go to where you can get a full kitchen and living room along with 3 bedrooms(King and 2 queens). You can have a fabulous vacation without ever leaving the resort.
