From this home you can walk to many of the most common attractions: Pike Place Market, Space Needle, shopping, dozens of restaurants, art museum, ferris wheel, local ferries, waterfront parks, and much more.
The space
This roomy condo is over 900 sq ft (86 sq meters). This is the only residence building located on the Downtown Seattle Waterfront. The unit features 2 comfortable queen size beds, hardwood floors, a gas fireplace, a TV with Firestick (which include free cable TV channels), a desk, 2 large ceiling fans, AC, and an in-unit washer/dryer.
This condo is on the ground floor which offers a great space for outdoor eating and convenient access to enter/leave the building. It looks out into a private gated courtyard, so even though it is on the ground floor it is set way back from the street. This keeps it quiet and private, so you can relax after a long day of exploring the city.
The primary bedroom includes a king size bed with huge windows. There is a large closet and a desk in case you need to do some work while visiting.
The second bed is in a converted den space, so it’s not closed off but is in a separate part of the condo. It has large velvet curtains for some privacy and to manage light. It includes a queen size bed and has a closet nearby in the entry way to the condo.
The updated kitchen is ready for cooking your fresh ingredients from Pike Place market: stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, dishwasher, microwave, cutlery, etc. The newly remodeled bathroom includes heated porcelain tile floors and granite countertop.
Private, dedicated and secure garage parking is steps from the unit and available for an adtl $20 per night. My building is also located right next to the public parking garage for Pike Place market, which has hourly parking starting at $4 hourly and overnight parking starting at $30. Please reach out with any additional questions regarding parking.
The common area of the condo also includes a fitness room, 24 hour security and a rooftop terrace with gas BBQ.
Guest access
For the most part we like to welcome guests in person. In the rare instances that we aren’t personally available to check you in, you can check in with front desk of the property. You will receive a set of keys to enter the building and the condo. The front desk is open 24 hours.
Condo rules:
My condominium requires that each tenant has a rental lease and tenant background check on file. The background check only requires you to have a “Verified Identity” through VRBO. Upon acceptance of your reservation request I will send a short-term lease to you for signing. The terms of lease are as follows:
Waterfront Landings Short Term Rental Reservation Form & Association Rules
Waterfront Landings is a condominium property in which the majority of residents are owners or long-term rental tenants. Please understand the front desk staff is primarily here to assure security, enhance safety, and maintain the common areas of the property. Please do not contact the front office staff/building security personnel for matters relating to your stay. Please note your condo unit does have specific rules that are posted in the online listing & inside the unit.
IMPORTANT: Please note all violations below are subject to fines
Check-in Information
● Check In time: After 4PM & Check Out time: Before 11AM
● Check in at Main Office at 1950 Alaskan Way is required
● Upon ID check, you will be issued 1 set(s) of keys: 1 fobs, 1 key(s) into unit, 1 garage remote (if needed)
● Building emergency (i.e., water leak) should be reported to the front desk
General Rules for Common Condominium Area
● No smoking or vaping of any substance in indoor or outdoor common areas, i.e., Hallways, garage, stairwells, amenities, balconies.
● No personal items may be placed in hallways or common areas or on balcony or railing
● For security, when entering the building with access fob, do not allow anyone not in your party to enter the gate or door with you. Anyone you don’t know must use their own fob to access the building
Peace & Quiet
● Quiet hours are 10 pm-8 am every day
● Activities must be kept at low noise level between 10 pm-8 am every day
● Please be considerate of other owners in the courtyard and common area spaces
Parking & Garage (can be arranged for an additional fee of $20 per night)
● All vehicles, motorcycles, bicycles or pedestrian exiting or entering the garage must WAIT for the door/gate to close completely before entering or leaving the garage area.
● Speed limit in garage is 10 mph
● Cars must park within designed lines of garage parking space
● South garage gate is locked down daily from 10 pm to 6 am, please use North garage gate during this time
Trash Disposal, Recycling and Composting
● Recycle and compost items should be placed in appropriate containers in the garage
● Cardboard boxes must be broken down before placing in recycle bins
● Trash chutes available in the hallway for bagged trash
● Littering or damaging property is not allowed. Nothing shall be released or thrown from the patio, deck, windows or balconies
Common Area Amenities (Fitness center, spa, clubroom, skyview terrace)
● Guests are responsible for complying with all posted rules
● Furniture and equipment are not to be removed from any common area amenities
● An adult must accompany children 12 years old and under, while they are using any of the common area amenities.
● Fitness Center and hot tub hours are 5:30 am to 10:00 pm daily (accessible through use of Amenity key)
● Clubroom hours are 8 am-10 pm daily and is available for general use if not reserved
● Skyview terrace located on 5th floor deck in Lumiere building (1950 Alaskan Way). Hours are 8 am-10 pm
