Newport villas

The property is very nice and well maintained. It is a great place for a family vacation as property is close to Disneyland and several other southern Cal locations. Check-in was difficult as check- in desk had no listing of our reservation. It took over a hour to get check-in. This was frustrating after a 7 hour drive. Great place for families and I recommend staying at this resort

beautiful Newport Beach

Beautiful property, service has gone a little down hill since our last visit. Service staff was not very available. Loved that we had two bedrooms and a full kitchen and the shuttle was very convenient. View was fantastic!

The grounds pools and amenities were well kept and clean. The one issue we noticed was that the freezer door in the refrigerator did not close properly and needs to be fixed. We also weren’t aware that housekeeping didn’t come unless you requested it. Would definitely stay again.

Great family retreat

Loved the room but needs some updating The patio could use some comfort The View was amazing. We stayed on the 2nd floor and the upstairs people were super noisy at night. The service was very friendly and efficient whenever we called. Thanks had a great time with our family.
