The property was once used as a private recording studio by Miroslav Vitous. Serendipity complex has ten viewing decks with unobstructed views of Oyster pond and the Atlantic ocean. Villa SERENITY sits on top of the complex with three levels of living and has four bedrooms. The recording studio villa Serenade is a very contemporary and has multiple levels, high ceilings and irregular shape rooms. Both villas are entirely air conditioned and has a total of eight bedrooms, THREE kitchens , Four TV's, outdoor chairs and couches for FIFTY on Ten patios, night lighting, and a grand piano shape pool. Villa SERENITY has three levels of living, two King size beds Two double beds. The top level is called the Loft bedroom with a vaulted ceiling and private bathroom and a private deck. The living room level has a vaulted ceiling, a very large picture window with spectacular view of Oyster pond, modern kitchen, half bath, flat screen television. The bottom level is call Sunrise, can sleep six people in three bedrooms. The main room on Sunrise level has a king size bed flat screen television. SERENITY can sleep two couples in two king size beds (four people) and additional four people sleeping in two small bedrooms for the total of eight people.

Main Villa Serenade has multiple levels and all the rooms have irregular shapes the living room area has a very high ceiling. Friar's beach bedroom has a large picture window that looks down into the living room in Serenade. Friar's beach bedroom has it's own bathroom, pull out queen size couch, 54in television, and a private outside door that leads you to the middle of the property. Friar's beach bedroom was once used as the sound room. Orient beach bedroom has a king size bed and a bathroom. Mullet beach bedroom has a queen size Murphy bed and a day bed. Mixing room bedroom has two single beds just off the Living room. The kitchen is part of the living room and has spectacular view of oyster pond. The kitchen has a large pantry with many appliances. The dinning room can seat eight people with spectacular views. The living room area in Serenade is a very large space with high ceilings and two ac units that keeps the space very cool. The living room has over size furniture and a 72in big screen television.
