Our modern remodeled home welcomes you with gentle ocean breezes, soft coastal decor, family friendly layout and comfortable beds. Easy access on the second level, no stairs to climb & even easier access to the beach! Cal King in master, Queen in second, and Bunk Bed trundle in third guest bedroom. Just steps to the sand. Facing Santa Cruz- our condo gives amazing sunset views. Our home is professional managed by a property management company - Professionally Sanitized Vacation Home with On Site care.

Relax in this 1,350 sq. ft. home with a very spacious living room with huge, comfortable sofas. New 46" Smart flat screen TV, cable service, books and wifi all provided. Stream your favorite shows from Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Max, Disney and more!

Our home is family friendly, offering 2 passes to the Monterey Bay Aquarium! We have a portacrib with sheet sets, booster seat, toddler cups and dishes, sand toys with tote bags for beach use, boogie boards, indoor toys, books and a lot of DVDs for kids (for toddlers as well as the usual Disney fare), and an outlet safety kit (to protect outlets from little hands).

The master bedroom has a lovely California King sized bed. The 2nd bedroom offers a Queen bed, and the 3rd room has a Bunk bed Trundle available. The bunk bed has a queen size bed, with a twin on top, and a twin trundle.

The kitchen is fully equipped - we'll be done remodeling the kitchen in April 2024! Beautiful windows surround your glass dining table with natural light and great views. At home, you can BBQ on the deck, enjoy a warm fire in the fireplace with your favorite movie after the glorious sunset. We remodeled both bathrooms in 2021 and they are clean, bright and beautiful!

Wonderful stay!

This property was perfect for our girl trip! Very comfortable seating, nice beds, and clean. The only complaint I'd have is there was no salt & pepper. Probably just an oversight because everything else was top notch.

Relaxing

We have stayed in Pajaro Dunes several times now. The place we stayed in was spacious. There were games and puzzles for the kids. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed the fireplace at night since it was a bit chilly at night. We had a great time here.

Great Beach Condo

Our stay was lovely, the beach is just steps away. I The condo was very nice, clean, great flow. Beds where very comfy, bathrooms are updated. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, cookware, plates, glassware etc. Great get away.

Ocean Vacation

This was perfect for our family. We loved the accommodations and the beach was amazing! Beach comb, fish, walk, relax, build sand castles and play a little in the water. You can also have a fire in one of the firpits on the beach and enjoy some s'mores together. We had a great time making priceless memories.

Short walk to long clean beach

Layout of condo was great for my family. They boys LOVED the bunk beds and we all loved the proximity to the sand. Kids found fresh oysters a short drive away. What’s not to like?

Great location and proximity to the beach.

Kitchen fully stocked and newer bathroom updates. Overall unit nice but needs some updating. Beds ok but some mattresses could be replaced. Some bath towels need replacing. Location perfect for the family getting to the amazing beach!

A pleasant flat

Our 3-generation group had a good time, and we liked the close access to the beautiful beach. Some things that could be better: the master bath exhaust fan only runs intermittently, the tv has a poor picture, the Pajaro Dunes bike path is partially flooded, the entrance road to Pajaro Dunes North is flooded and seems a bit dangerous. (These last two things would be relevant to any Pajaro Dunes North place.)

Driving to location very poor road. Enjoy the gentleman at the guard gate always pleasant.

Enjoyed the private beach. Had to beware of are voice since there was a sign on door next door saying baby sleeping. Was a little of a bummer. Service fee or host fee a little high compare to other Vrbo locations

We enjoyed our stay.

The condo was clean and the bathrooms were both very nice (great towels!), although we were a little disappointed there wasn’t a tub in either for baths for our 1 year old and 4 year old grandchildren. (A hook on the back of the bathroom doors would have been helpful.) The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. We were disappointed we couldn’t open the window in the master bedroom and without a ceiling fan there wasn’t any air movement. (We didn’t feel comfortable sleeping with the sliding door open, even a little.) Access to the beach was great!

Wonderful space, but a problem in cold weather

A really nice condo on a beautiful beach. We had a big problem, though. When we arrived, the temperature inside was close to that outside, probably about 55 degrees. We turned on the electric baseboard heaters in the bedrooms and the one in the dining room area, which is the only one for the entire large open plan dining room, living room and kitchen. Two hours later it was still cold inside. We called the propertly manangment office and they sent a maintenence worker with two small spaceheaters tha eventually raised the temperature to barely comfortable. We left all the heaters on overnight and still needed to use the space heaters in the morning. It finally warmed up enought to turn them off. One baseboard heater for that large area is simply not sufficient! It's not acceptable to be cold for the amount of money we paid.

Well stocked and comfortable

It was definitely comfortable and well stocked property but a few things should have been checked before renting it out. It was musty and we have to open the door to let fresh air in. The TV was not working and didn’t get back early enough to report it.
