Check in was super easy with a friendly welcome and lots of helpful information about the local area. The unit is lovely, very large and clean, and perfect for self catering. We especially loved the close proximity to the golf course and beachside walking path. This was a perfect Albany holiday stay.

Comfort plus...

Everything you need was provided including the luxury of sleeping on a cloud! Also the closeness to the beach and bike track is a bonus as well as boat parking. Very convenient location.

Middelton Beach Villa

The property was very easy to find, clean and well-appointed. Beds were comfortable, setting peaceful and great place for young and old - good accessibility and furnishings suitable for every age (90+ yr old Mum had no problems at all). Nice bathrooms and lovely hot showers. Great to have spare bulbs, batteries and a good range of kitchen equipment as well. Maybe regional maps and a better range of info on local food options would be handy. It was a stone's throw from the beach so morning walks on the beach a great start to the day. Helen our host was very pleasant and easy to deal with.

Fabulous location, service and amenities

Staff was fantastic, location perfect for those who enjoy walking along the beach. Only half an hour walk either way to good coffee and meals. Highly recommend

This property is located in a great location near Middleton beach and a short drive from the city. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

Really nice accommodation

the accommodation was really nice and the host was very welcoming, the disappointing part was the booking. I booked two rooms and was told because it was two people we could only have one room and then had to pay extra, this description was not on stayz and we paid more than expected..

Loved everything about this apartment. Bed was gloriously soft and everything was modern and spotless. It had lots of utensils along with lots of crockery. The manager was very accessible and a delight to deal with. We will certainly book again!!

closer to town than it seems

Clean, well stocked with everything you could need. Smart tv with Netflix. Good Internet connection. Comfy beds. Good showers. Handy location. Close to the beach. Excellent hosts.
