GREAT STAY

This was a great home to stay at with our family for a long football weekend. Home exactly as described. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We were even left a homemade coffee cake and welcome note (cake was delicious). The home also within walking distance of stadium which was an extra bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

Notre Dame Game Weekend

We had a wonderful time gathering here with our family for the ND- BC game. This home was in a great location - close to campus, but on a quiet street. It was a lovely home - clean, accommodating of a largish group, and comfortable. The hot tub was an extra perk! To top off the experience, the owners were gracious hosts setting out coffee, tea, and coffee cake. Hope to be back!

Amazing graduation weekend!

My son graduated from Notre Dame on May 19, 2023 and we loved staying at our home away from home during that weekend! It was so clean and charming and we were pleasantly surprised with a homemade pie that was left for us by our amazing hosts! We loved being so close to campus since there were many ceremonies staggered throughout the 2 days and we were able to go back to our VRBO house in between to relax and enjoy the backyard. We can’t wait to come back for a future football game or reunion and stay here again! Go Irish!!☘️

Excellent home rental for Game Day and Notre Dame!

We stayed at Cathy and John's house for 4 nights while visiting our son at Notre Dame and also catching the football game. The house is in quiet neighborhood about a 35 minute walk from the stadium. Overall the we found the home charming, and larger than expected (the photos in the listing make the house look smaller). The home was well maintained, clean, and comfortable. Their kitchen was fully stocked and had variety of high end appliances that we were thrilled to use since we cooked most of our meals. The only issue to note is that if renting for a ND game, it is highly recommended to walk- the police block off most of these small streets and access ways after the game... we were able to get back to the house by turning off our GPS and navigating local streets "old school". Overall very happy with our experience!

Notre Dame football weekend

We stayed at the house for a ND football weekend/reunion. The house belongs to a family who vacate it for football weekends so it's full of their stuff, which is fine, but there wasn't a lot of extra room in the fridge and we had to keep our clothes in piles on the floor. It may be within walking distance, but we drove to a neighborhood closer to campus and paid $20 to park in someone's front yard. Mattresses weren't the greatest, but fine for 2 nights. All in all, we enjoyed the house and had a great weekend.
