BEAUTIFUL HOME NEAR NOTRE DAME
A beautiful 3100 sf 6 bedroom, 3 full/2 half bath home in one of South Bend's premiere neighborhoods. Located 1 mile directly south of campus on a quiet tree-lined street, it's a short distance to Eddy Street Commons and all that the University of Notre Dame has to offer. Our property comes with new renovated basement with full bath, separate kitchenette/bedroom, and a 65 inch 4G TV with surround sound. The main level contains a large newly remodeled kitchen, living room with a 46 inch HDTV, a fireplace room, and den. Upstairs you will find 4 bedrooms plus a master suite with whirlpool bath and steam shower- the perfect end to a long day at the stadium. Outside you will enjoy a huge patio area with covered seating, picnic table, gas grill, fire pit, and a large basketball court.
