House located in private subdivision (5 min from stadium) easy access from campus to home. Large private patio area with gas grill, outdoor seating, water garden and very relaxing.
Portable lawn chairs for 6 with rolling cooler for "Grove" experience.
House located 1.5 miles from Kroger on University Ave with Liquor Store, restaurants and shopping.
Multiple pics of inside and outside upon request. All amenities available just like staying in a Hotel except much more room. 8th year to rent house and enjoyed meeting many people.
