Located 9 miles east of Doak Campbell Stadium
10 minutes from downtown Tallahassee on the east side near I-10 and 20 minutes from Doak Campbell Stadium on game day. Straight shot on Mahan Drive to Doak Campbell Stadium. Beautiful tile kitchen with room for lots of people. Large 6x4 kitchen table. New carpet through out the house, new windows on rear and front of the home, master bedroom and bath freshly painted. 19x15 living room with 75" flat screen, sectional sofa that will accommodate up to 8 people. Master has King bed with 55 inch screen in a 14x14 room. Large master glass shower with great water pressure. Guest rooms have new queen beds. There is an enclosed 16x12 porch to enjoy the cool fall and spring weather. Back yard is enclosed with small pool, which is off limits for swimming, pets are welcome with prior approval. Easy 30 minute drive from airport, 5 minutes from grocery, gas and I-10. Numerous restaurants within 10 minute drive. House has a tank less hot water heater so bathers will not run out of hot water.

What makes this property unique
Instructions for use of TV will be in the house. No smoking in the house. Please use the front door for all comings and goings. You may use the washer and dryer with your own soap. AC is set automatically. Feel free to use the dish washer as necessary. Depending on the time of the year, the pool area is a nice sitting area. NO GLASS at the pool. Please DO NOT swim. Place all used towels and linens at the washer prior to leaving. Place all trash in the appropriate outside receptacle.
