About this property
4BR 3.5BA 3400 ft2 home with short drive to campus
Pet's welcome! Great family neighborhood only a short drive from campus. There is bed space for 10 plus two sleeper sofas. We also have two queen air mattresses that can be used. We have a small dog for those with allergies, but the dog will not be on the property during your stay. The porch and sunroom add even more room to the already spacious home. The living room includes a 80" tv. The sunroom, play room and all bedrooms include TVs. Modern appliances. Two car garage with plenty of additional parking in the driveway. Please contact me with any specific questions regarding our home.

● The sunroom AC can be adjusted using the controls on the unit.
● The wireless network is treadwell and the password is 111111111c
● The garage door password for the weekend is 2463.
● The front door code for the weekend is 8568.
● The fire table can be turned on by following the instructions next to the controls. ● Toilet paper and paper towels are stored in the laundry room.
● Extra pillows and blankets are stored in the upstairs hallway closet.
● The hot water heaters are located in the storage room in the garage and can be adjusted using the knob near the base. Guests should not enter the adjacent storage room.
