Oceanfront Sea Cabin on the Front Beach of Isle of Palms

This third floor condo has the best views in the community. See all the way to the Morris Island lighthouse from the balcony and Wild Dunes from the front door. Just steps from the beach, private fishing pier, Isle of Palms County Park, and pool.

The kitchen includes upgraded cabinets and counter tops, plus new stainless steel appliances including a French door style refrigerator.

The cozy bedroom, typical to Sea Cabins, has been opened up to the rest of the condo with glass French doors. No feeling cramped here! The addition of a built in dressing vanity/workspace with upper cabinets in the hallway makes this area very functional.

The condo sleeps 4 with a queen size bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper in the living area.

Sea Cabins are the perfect place for a family get-a-way or romantic vacation.

A little dated

We really didn't expect a brand new condo, but the finishes left some room for improvement. Great location with plenty of dining options and very close to the ocean. Had a wonderful stay in a great place.

Weekend getaway

Nice, quite, clean property. Had everything we needed for our long weekend stay. Lovely view of the ocean from the third floor. If stairs are an issue, this may not be the property for you.

Isle of Palms Getaway

We loved the location and view from the 3rd floor balcony. Check in and communication was awesome! Hurricane Debby had just gone through and communication was excellent. The unit itself needed a little TLC, the remotes on the televisions didn’t work real well, but we didn’t visit to watch tv. A recommendation would be to add hooks to hang towels on the balcony. We used the high chairs on the balcony but didn’t use the low chairs. It was our first time visiting and we had a wonderful time! We will definitely come back!

Love the location. The size for 2 was perfect. Bedroom was small but it was fine. After all its just a place to sleep. Check in process was just show up, no need to go somewhere else to get check in packet. Had issues with the tvs but was addressed quickly by maintenence Will go back

Our Beach stay

This was our first trip to Isle of Palms and we loved it! Being so close to the beach was great and we enjoyed the pool! The building is in need of some updates. We couldn’t get the kitchen island lights to work and the volume wouldn’t adjust on the living room tv, and bedroom tv did not work at all. Luckily we had our iPad to watch.

Cute little condo but needs many little repairs. The freezer was a disaster and stayed iced over the whole time, to the point that sometimes we couldn't get the door open.

Very nice

The location was great. I think next time I would reconsider getting a first or second floor unit, climbing and lugging up to the third floor all the bags and groceries were a little tough without an elevator.

Location and view of the ocean was wonderful. Property management very responsive. Building is very tired and the interior of the unit was adequate. The sofa is so old and worn making it too uncomfortable to watch TV.

We enjoyed the wonderful views of the ocean from our balcony. We could watch the sunset over the ocean from the balcony and see the moon rise through our bedroom window. The beach was easy to access and a very short walk. Very relaxing!!!!

Great stay even if the weather was cold!

My wife and I stayed at this same property last year. Not much has changed - which is mainly good. Property could do with some minor touch up and maybe a TV we could Chromecast to, but that won't stop us from returning! Awesome views of the sunrise and sunset! (Didn't need to contact property manager)

Very Pleasant Stay

We are not strangers to the area, and get down here at least once a year. We usually stay at Folly Beach, so first time at Isle of Palms. These condos are a little worn around the edges, but very functional. We had a 3rd floor condo in the Northeast wing, so the view of the beach was nice. But, the bedroom was weird, very small. The double bed took up the entire length of the room and you had to access each side from different doors. If you were straightening the bed covers, you had to do one side, then go out the door and go in the other door to do the other side. VRBO won't let me say which condo it was, so make sure you check the pictures carefully if this is an issue. Otherwise, it was fine for two people. Kitchen was well equipped, except no wine opener. Good view of the beach and ocean and very close to the beach and pier access points. Good parking. Also a good location, close to the IOP causeway. If you cycle, bring bikes to ride the beach from mid low tide to mid high tide. Really compact so most bikes other than skinny-tire road bikes will work. Overall, it was a nice stay.

We really enjoyed Sea Cabins. It was exactly as described. The furnishings are very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. It is quiet, clean, and it has a great view. We will be back!

We love Isla Palms

We have stayed in the Sea Cabins several times this being said I would recommend they clean and update 304a. We otherwise enjoyed the Island and all the wonderful restaurants and weather.

Perfect Location

Perfect Location to everything. I gave the stay a 4/5 due to a few items. The patio door was very hard to shut and no lock. The rugs were outdated and dirty, honestly no need for rugs. Ceiling fan was dirty in living room and the fan in bathroom did not work. Iron was rusted and it left stain on clothes. Sliding door to bedroom closet was broke. The front door pad code was intermittently not working and took multiple times to try to open.

Loved this place! Beautiful view from the balcony looking out on the ocean and fabulous sunsets. The 3 flight walk up is the only thing that might be a negative but we got some exercise in!! Would definitely come back to stay again.

Spectacular View

We enjoyed our stay! The view from the balcony is stunning. When we weren't on the beautiful beach, we were on the balcony. The property management company acted quickly when we didn't have the code to the beach access gate. The place was clean and equipped with everything we needed. There is a Harris Teeter in walking distance and delicious restaurants. Thank you so much!

Great little condo for a family vacation

Location was awesome- away from the small amount of bars, restaurants, shops in Isle of Palms but with in easy walking distance of them plus grocery and fresh seafood market. Next door to a nice public park/ beach access. The condo is small but the decor is cute and there is plenty of storage. Roomy enough for our family of three. The couch and living area is small, so more than three on a rainy day napping and hanging out might be cramped- just FYI for a family with several littles. But there’s a bedroom with a TV too. The view is great. The private pier and beach access were cool. The beach here is nice. It’s the only pier in the area. It’s a family friendly building. Tons of kids, friendly families. No unruly or loud guests. Very tidy grounds. We had a great time and would definitely return and recommend.

AMAZING!!!

This place was awesome!!! Exactly like the pictures…. It has its own pier just for the guests of this facility!!!! Within walking distance of restaurants, shops and a grocery store. We will definitely be back!!!!
