This secluded family home is located less than 5 minutes from downtown Ketchum and the Riverrun ski lifts. The living areas of the home as well as the private separate decks & patios look out over a 15 acre pasture toward Bald Mountain in a private community featuring ponds and streams, an Olympic size pool, tennis, hiking trails, and recreation facility all within short walking distance. The house features 2 master suites with king size beds(one includes an additional full size fold out couch) plus a third bedroom with a queen size bed.
All of the area's other prime activities including skiing & snow boarding, fly fishing, biking, hiking, golf, shopping and dining, concerts, ice skating, river rafting, etc. are less than 5 minutes away. Recently refurnished, the home is an excellent place to enjoy the best of Sun Valley - both indoors and out!
