You will have access to the pool, workout facility, and tennis courts. Loaded with amenities! Too many to add, but here are a few: High speed wifi, DirecTV, blu-ray player, coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, french press, microwave, washer and dryer, hair dryer, honor bar (please drink responsibly), towels, linens, robes, dishware, cutlery, dishwasher, spices, gas bbq grill, Weber charcoal grill, covered patio with seating area, his and hers cruiser bikes, Nest thermostat, Wifi controlled garage door opener (meaning you don't have to visit a property manager. South Padre Island Golf / Beach Getaway

This home is a great place to relax as you explore SPI area. It’s in a great neighborhood next to the South Padre Golf Club. The home is well maintained with all the amenities you need. The beds were comfortable, and the owner goes out of his way to answer any questions to make your stay great. Thank you for everything!

Amazing!

Wonderful host, wonderful property, neighborhood is super clean and friendly. We were able to cycle to the gym and use it with ease. Honestly, the best rental experience we have had and imagine this would be hard to beat. Thank you so much, we hope to return again one day.

Beautiful house in clean quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed the heated community pool and restaurant at the golf course. South Padre Island was only about a 10 minute drive. Our host was readily available if we had questions.

Family vacation

The house was beautiful, and close to SPI. Owner was very helpful, got back to me right away. Pool was great and residents were very nice. House had everything we needed and than some. Hope to return next year!

Location Location

Love the location. Back patio looks out to 7th tee. Fun to watch the golfers and easy distance to the golf club, the driving range and Divits restaurant located at club house. Also layout of house is great!

Phenomenal Place!

A fantastic place full of amenities and extras! This place really has it all, especially if you are looking to save a little money by cooking at home. Location and distrance to SPI were ideal and made transit pretty painless... Overall, everything was above and beyond our expectation! Thank y'all so much for a wonderful home away from home!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was the perfect size. We were 4 adults and 3 kids, we had plenty of room. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. It was a short drive to South Padre Island. Leonardo was awesome! We will definitely be staying here again.

Beautiful clean home a with a short drive to South Padre Island

Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay at Leonard's place!! The house was extremely clean and cozy. The kitchen was stacked with everything that I needed. The neighborhood was a quiet gated community. Leonard was extremely kind and quickly answered all my questions. We can't wait to return!!

Fantastic Property and Great Host

My family of 8 was incredibly comfortable! The distance to the beach was very comfortable with so much to shop on the way there. Mr. Lopez was helpful, attentive and incredibly kind. We have found our repeat property and will be back next year. Also, pet friendly, a huge plus for us. Thank you!

Loved this House

Family vacation with dogs to visit sister on Padre Island. This house was perfect for us. Felt like a home away from home. Nice quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors, right on golf course, close to Padre and Port Isabel. Walmart, Walgreens, and HEB just minutes away. Access super easy and homeowner, Leonard was just text or call away and always available for questions or assistance. House was beautiful and met all our needs. Best vacation in long time! Highly recommend!

A Great Winter Break!

We loved everything about this place. It was perfect for us and our dogs, and had an extra bedroom for some friends to visit over a weekend. The location was fantastic, with great neighbors, no traffic, reasonable access to where we wanted to go. Leonard was a great host! We're going back next winter!

Beach and lots of golf

This property is a perfect location - we took advantage of the beach - 10 -15 mins easy drive with easy access and easy parking and Golf course - found time put in 6 rounds and 4 of them with my wife - meet some of the local golfers and squeezed in a few rounds them

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time and the house was just beautiful! Everything you could possibly need for a family vacation. The house was also close to the beach and restaurants. We enjoyed a BBQ and spending time together and watching movies on a rainy day. Our teenagers were happy it had its own Netflix and Amazon Prime account, they had a large selections of movies they could watch. We can’t wait to return for another get away. Leonardo was great at communicating and making the trip go smooth :)

Comfortable beautiful house

This is beautiful house at one of the scenic and safe location. House contact, Mr. Leonard is a great host. For any question or support, his response was quick and to the point. One concern that we had and we shared with Mr. Leonard about bugs and mosquitoes in the house. With 2 little kids it was troubling. Kids adjusted though. Overall, good experience.

Hard to beat

This was a family vacation with 3 adults, 6 kids. With air mattresses, easily fit in this GREAT home! If you're looking to stay off SP island, you will be hard pressed to beat this price point for how well appointed this home is and all the amenities. We'd return in a heartbeat! Leonard was so available and communicative, thanks Leonard!
