Peaceful Holiday Home

Come and relax in this large 6 bedroom family home. Large deck flows from open plan kitchen and dining to a great outdoor entertainment area. The fully fenced back yard includes a trampoline for kids to enjoy. Just a 10 minute drive to the city centre and the 12 minutes to the stunning Mount Maunganui.

Happy to discuss higher number of occupants for AIMS games.

Perfect for Bay Salsa Festival
This place is perfect for a dancing family for the Bay Salsa Festival in Otumoetai. We had the lounge and dining room as spare rooms for us to finish sewing our performance costumes, plenty of space for each bedroom that easily fitted two adults per room. I would highly recommend this place - easy to find and secured with a lockbox so everyone in your family can access the key

Superb rental with 7 bedrooms!!!
Lovely family renting their (huge) house in residential Tauranga. Allowed us to have a group of 8 with almost everyone having their own room. Very clean and well-equipped :)

Amazing family stay
We stayed here as a group of friends with young children and the place was amazing ! Lots of space and having an enclosed back yard was perfect for the babies ! Has all you need to enjoy a home away from home.

Pleasantly presentable
There was a total 13 of us that stay at the La Spina property. It was equipped with everything we needed to have a good Easter wknd. The lounge/kitchen was big enough to cater for us. We would definitely return & I definitely would recommend the La Spina Property. I must add it is very clean aswell. 10/10 for me.
