Great location and views!

The condo is nicely laid out and has a gorgeous view of the lake! Really enjoyed the stay overall. Only area of improvement is that the property inside is a little outdated but still very cozy and comfortable.

Great location!

The property was clean, ideally located with a view of the lake. It is a bit dated, with lampshade missing in living room and could benefit from some updates. The bed was comfortable, kitchen was well stocked. Overall it was a just what we expected and we enjoyed ourselves!

convenient place for a few days stay

The condo was clean and prepared for our stay. It has great views of the lake - which was wonderful. But we were disappointed that we could not actually access the lake from the area - as the jetty was locked with no code provided. Easy walking distance to Kings Beach proper, ample parking. Kitchen has lots of equipment , a few light bulbs were out, which we reported to the manager.

Last minute getaway

This property was in a great location and in a very quiet area. It was walking distance to some restaurants. The grounds were lovely and having the dock to walk out on and swim from was an extra plus. The unit was super clean. It would be nice to get some newer beach chairs to use. This was our first time renting a vacation home. We hope to return in the near future.

Awesome condo from the 80s

Great throwback condo. Popcorn ceiling, too many mirrors, shag carpet. This place was perfect. The biggest issue is that you can’t check in at the condo. And they have you drive an extra bit to Tahoe city.

a week at the beach

Location was wonderful. NO beach towels or actually anything for the beach other than 2 chairs... would have loved an umbrella and more chairs!!! Hot water quirky (the faucets in the showers are backward)and the last day there was NO HOT WATER!!! One small box of laundry detergent... difficult to find small amounts of detergent...

Great location - A bit dated and dirty

The location of the property is perfect! Right in Kings beach and close to everything. The amount of space was amazing as well with 4 bedrooms & 2 1/2 baths. The complex was quiet and off the noise of the street and super nice views of the lake. Inside though, the carpet was really dirty. The overall decor is dated, which isn't horrible but just odd. The stove top only had 2 burners that worked. And there were more stairs then the pictures showed which made it difficult for my parents to navigate. The check in process was not ideal as you had to go to the office in Tahoe City which was out of the way. (They should consider an electronic lock maybe?) We weren't given a parking pass for the property. This lead to warning notices by the property that we would have our cars towed. It was Saturday morning and we contact the rental office via text and were asked to take the notice and drive back to the office. Oh, but they were not sure when anyone would be there? We did work it out with the resident property manager, but we thought it was odd that we were told at check-in that permits weren't required when they clearly were. I think the place is great, but it really needs to be updated, fixed and cleaned up a bit. And the check-in/out process could be vastly improved.
