About this property

Private Beach * Ocean Front * Boat Dock * Tiki Bar

Ever wish you could just disappear onto your own secluded island? Well, now you can! Villa Rossana, a 4 Bedroom, 3 Bath private beachfront vacation home delivers you the opulent island vacation you’ve always dreamed about! Enjoy endless house of playing in the warm sand, gazing at the sunset, and making memories that will last a lifetime!

The kitchen is as regal as it is expansive! Tile flooring, thick granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and plenty of room within each piece of craftsman cabinetry, this galley is dressed to impress.

Though there are several places to dine throughout this stunning getaway, the most convenient is just a few feet away. Both the kitchen island and the nearby glass-top supper table can be enjoyed as a breakfast bar and brunching nook.

A leather wraparound sectional, built-in display wall, and a tastefully extravagant chandelier make this living room feel straight off the pages of a novel by F. Scott Fitzgerald, rendering it the perfect place to hold an ambitious soirée!

This lovely villa sleeps nine and offers a wide variety of sleeping arrangements from which to choose, each with their own unique charm and noteworthy appointments.

Bedroom #1 is the Master Bedroom, showcasing a king size bed, two plush guest chairs, a night table, dresser, and private en-suite, completed by a sumptuous soaker tub and shower! In addition, you will find another dorm located inside this boudoir, Bedroom #2, featuring a twin bed.

Bedroom #3 highlights a queen size bed with a trendy wooden headboard, additional closet space, and a bathroom with a shower, shared with Bedroom #4. This dorm is by far the most subtle and elegant room, displaying a queen size bed with crisp linens, two matching nightstands, a dresser, and a few understated decorative pieces that make the room complete.

In addition, you’ll find the Common Room also contains a sofa bed with one unforgettable view of the ocean, as well as air conditioning throughout the entire home!

Amidst the rolling waves and gentle ocean breeze lives a paradise that exceeds all expectation. Sandy dunes, an everlasting seascape of palms, and a colossal tiki hut that leads you out onto the water. Your private pier comes complete with a deluxe kitchen inside, lounge chairs, and a few maritime surprises hidden beyond the blue horizon.

You never knew life could be this sweet, but you’ve got to believe it when you see it and surrender to the good times that lie ahead!

Fantastic place with a few caveats.

First, we'd go back and stay in this home again. For the money, it's hard to beat the location, the view, the palapa, and a number of other fantastic amenities provided. Taxi cost is about 40 to the North end. Aruba is an arid island with desert-like conditions. It's south of the hurricane zone and is around 80 degrees every day, an obvious part of its appeal. The people are kind. You'll be fleeced some for your American so it pays to understand the exchange rate and carry local currency. We'd revisit this island and we would return to this home. Happy Travels!

Villa Rossana

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Rossana, and Stuart and Julia at RentStar were great hosts. Some of the things that make Villa Rossana great are it's oceanfront setting and access to nice restaurants within a short walk (Flying Fishbone is particularly good). The people of Aruba, along with its infrastructure, make Aruba a superb spot to visit. We will definitely consider returning to Villa Rossana the next our plans call for a vacation with our kids and grandkids.

Paradise

Villa Rossana is a spacious, beautifully decorated house, with a brand-new, well-equipped kitchen with everything you need. The MBR is large, with a beautiful master bath. All the beds were comfortable. Multiple ductless mini split AC systems provide quiet, efficient cooling throughout the house. There is a car port for parking your car in the shade and a motorized gate (operation is a bit flimsy, maybe the remote needs a new battery). The backyard of Villa Rosana is right at the ocean, has palm trees and other beautiful plants and iguanas! There is a full size, shaded outdoor kitchen (gas grill, sink, beverage fridge) with a bar-it's perfect! Our favorite place was the dock gazebo! From comfy, lounge chairs, you can enjoy the breeze and watch pelicans fish at the outer reef. From the lower deck of the dock, you can dive right into the clear, calm water. If you snorkel, you can find quite a variety of marine life right underneath the dock!  There are three kayaks with paddles for exploring the bay and visiting Seaglass Island. Two minutes on foot takes you to two restaurants that offer fundamentally different seafood experiences, we found both to be special. Wintergarden groceries is local, US-style groceries are at Super Food Plaza. If you want a truly authentic, fresh fish market experience, check out Centro Di Pesca Spaans Lagoen (early AM or 6PM). In summary, we loved Villa Rossana and couldn't imagine a better place to experience Aruba-highly recommended!

Beautiful Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This setting is gorgeous! The house is very well appointed with tasteful decorations and well equipped kitchen, nice assortment of games, snorkeling gear, etc. They obviously have turned the master bedroom closet into the fourth bedroom so there is no place to store clothes (believe it or not) in the 4th bedroom as it is too small for a bed and dresser; but it also meant there was no place to hang clothes at all in the master bedroom. There is a nice large cabinet with plenty of shelves to place your clothes, but just be prepared to not hang clothes in the master. There are no outlets in any of the bathrooms, so you have to dry your hair in the living room in front of one of the beautiful mirrors. The second bedroom's bath is so small you have to squeeze by the sink to get to the toilet, and there is no place other than the window sill to put your essentials. All of that is bearable because of the beautiful view! Food is very expensive but that is what you expect on islands where everything is shipped in, and drinks at every restaurant we went to were very, very watered down as far as alcohol content is concerned. My husband and I met up with three of our grown children and their spouses and had a wonderful week. Thanks!

Gorgeous private beach retreat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is more beautiful in person. Very expansive grounds. We were 2 families traveling with teenagers and we were never in each other's way. Another reviewer had commented on the place really being a 3 bedroom. Let me just say that the bedroom with a single twin bed is accessed via the master, and contained within. It's small but does have its own door for some privacy. I have 1 teenage son, so he didn't mind this being the set up. As others have mentioned, the palapa on the water makes this place. We spent so much time out there. How convenient to walk outside and be on your own private beach. You can arrange to have groceries stocked before your arrival. We even had a private chef come, made the most delicious meal, served at the long table out on the beach during sunset. Doesn't get much better than that. The island itself isn't too big. So we never felt inconvenienced as nothing was a long drive. Baby beach is a short drive south, with crystal blue water. Downtown is a short drive to the north, and serves as gateway to the low-rise and high rise hotel, nightlife of Palm and Eagle Beaches. Airport is 10 minutes away. The villa is a nice quiet retreat but yet close enough to the touristy areas. We only packed half of what we needed as there is a laundry room on premises as well. The front gated driveway was huge! Big enough that my son was able to bring his street hockey sticks and strike up a game. The home is within walking distance to Zeerovers (off the boat fresh fried fish, very casual) and on the other side, more traditional menu at the Flying Fishbone. Best location for sunset! The 2 most adorable pups live next door. Ardeline at Rentstar is a pleasure to work with. Very patient and kind. The villa has the most amazing water views from almost every room, the minute you step in the door. After a couple days, it almost felt like we were on a boat, with the way the villa is setup. This place is paradise. We were sad to leave but hope to return someday!

Private, luxurious house right on the ocean

House was as big and fully equipped as described in a quiet location. 2 great restaurants within 100 yards walking distance, and supermarkets 1/2 mile away. Beautiful views, but the location is windy. Property manager very responsive, airport 10 minutes away, Aruba roads easy to get around.

Stay was great!

A few things to remember when staying here. Easy to get to anywhere on the island but you will need a car for sure. Flying Fishbone and Zeeover are literally a 2 minute walk in either direction out your door and extremely good. The dock is amazing but the fishing was rough. 4 days of trying and we caught nothing. That being said the fishing on the entire island is terrible. The charters weren’t catching anything either. If you’re looking for an amazing beach and family fun spot this is it. Our kids are scared of the ocean so a pool would have been awesome but other than that we wouldn’t change a thing. Next time we would just stay at their other property here in Aruba with the pool.

Palapa is life

Loved the direct oceanfront property. A coffee in the palapa is a genius way to start any day. Appreciated the kayaks and beach chairs that were available. Great communication when we had questions about the villa/island. Concierge service was super helpful organizing private ATV tour and private chefs (shout out to Chef Martjin and Chef Shirley!). Loved it. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely beautiful

The house is spacious and well appointed, but the real fun is the outside. We spent most of the week on the dock which is beautiful and comfortable. Directly across the water, a five-minute kayak away, is a lagoon with more fish than I have ever seen snorkeling. Flying Fishbone is a 3-minute walk. At Zeerovers (4 minute walk), you pick your fresh fish and they cook it for you. Great location and food, although crowded. Baby beach is only 20 minutes away. The only downside is that most of the restaurants are north and 20 to 30 minutes away. We will definitely be back.

1980s oasis

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is extremely beautiful and located in one of the best places on the island if you are interested in gorgeous blue waters and seclusion but also being close to some of the finest restaurants in Aruba. We are not big fans of large touristy crowds and I chose this home for my husband’s 40th surprise birthday. We were thrilled with the location and the cleanliness of this home. The dock and outdoor space are absolutely breathtaking. They only minor drawback is the dated home decor. It felt very 1980s/Miami Vice, which made it sort of funny for this group of 40 year olds 🤣 But again very well-maintained and clean. And the spot literally cannot be beat.
