We loved the room and view. Condo was very clean with comfortable beds. Would stay again for sure. Communication was glitchy with owner through evolve, but it was resolved fairly quickly.

Fabulous condo. Right on ocean.

Just my husband and I. We are seniors and just like to stay right on the ocean with a beautiful view off our balcony. The condo was perfect. Very clean and perfect space. We will reschedule another week in the fall, here.

Cute unit - facility has issues

Unit cute and as described - was completely spotless (other than note below) upon arrival. Excellent and clear directions for check-in and use of unit. Facility itself (Bay Watch) had bug issues (roaches). At any price point this should be under control. They were in the unit and common areas. At one point maintenance came by uninvited to spray. Entire property was littered with trash in all corners. Elevator was broken, hot water issues, etc. Pool area was in disrepair and dirty but constantly full when open and enjoyable. Pool bar and staff were a nice touch - we visited a few times a day and become rather friendly with the staff. Having a Italian ice vendor is genius and single handedly blew 1/3 of my vacation budget (if anyone has recipe…)! Property/Unit manager was VERY responsive and friendly and would explore their other offerings in the area in the future. If they (Bay Watch) would maintenance the property and enforce some of the posted rules in public areas, this would be a top notch facility and would definitely return to this rental frequently.

Loved! Very clean, great view, and nice space. I will definitely stay again. Communication with Ms. Annette works best via text & she was responsive. Only opportunity for improvement is to get a working can opener. Two very old ones that bearly worked. Luckily

Any problems I had were no big deal I had to book 2 days before trip, due to my other condo rental with VRBO flooded. The view was what I most cared about and it was spot on.

Room issues.

Should have been 2 rolls toilet paper & 2 large trash bags. Bathroom light & exhaust fan did not work. Front desk couldn't help us. Like 200 rooms in this resort & like 2 carts available, I took my 2 sons alone & had to take 3 trips to carry everything out when we left this am. Went to indoor pool & hot tub in am @910a when they open @ 9a & chemicals were being applied, had to wait another 10 min with an ADHD child.

Bay watch stay

Do not stay here or anywhere near during labor day weekend. Nothing but loud motorcycles all weekend long. People hanging out in the parking garage drinking, smoking, and extremely loud music. The room was as expected. It was decent but was too small.

Small and beds need to be replaced

the place was much smaller then it looks on pictures, bed were outdated and hard. I slept on the couch and left 2 days early. I text the manager and told her I left early and thanked her for the stay and she didn't even have the decentcy to text me back. Will never stay the again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view is perfect. The location is great. The condo is beautiful and comfortable. We loved that there was an umbrella in the closet because we have a newborn and forgot to bring one! Overall very happy!

Unexpected

My trip started out with entering a trashed rental. The room wasn't cleaned from the prior renters. I called the property manager who said the cleaning staff couldn't get in because of a broken door as I was standing inside the rental. So he asked me to wait for him to arrive. The deadbolt was not broken but the actual doorknob would stick & you had to basically push it open. When the manager showed up he said he couldn't fix it because it needed to be completely replaced so I would just have to deal with it. So then I had to wait for them to come clean the place. Which they didn't do a very good job. The battery in the clock was dead, there were burnt out lightbulbs in the bathroom & they left me with 1 roll of toilet paper that was half used. The bead spreads had stains on them & the tub looked like it had black mold around the corners. In the last year I have stayed at 5 rentals & this by far was the most different than the pictures. I did enjoy the view of the ocean. The place overall was good it just needs some cleaning & updating inside.

June 2 week stay

This was our first time staying at this property as the condo we have been staying at for years was sold. This was a great condo. It was clean and very big. The bedroom, bathroom and living room are all over sized. Kitchen is fully stocked and having your own washer and dryer really helps. We loved the property with all the pools and lazy river. Also a bonus was having multiple restaurants/bars on property. They had really good food(pizza and wings) and drinks for a good price so we didn't have to leave. We will definitely be back next year.

Nice for a short trip

Beautiful view, great amentities. Could have been cleaner and furniture was a bit worn (sofa bed mattress was missing springs and was useless, had to put a coffee table underneath it to make it usable and the beds were squeaky and uncomfortable). But the view of the ocean was amazing.

We had a super family vacation!

Thank you for a great location and a very nice property to stay at. We had everything we needed amenities wish in the condo. Grocery stores, shopping, anything else very close by. So enjoyed looking out over the ocean each day, relaxing, eating meals and enjoying the beach life on the balcony. We are looking to return again for another vacation.

This was a great place to stay!!! Nice and roomy, clean and well stocked with many kitchen appliance most don't offer. I would highly recommend this place for a nice, relaxing and very enjoyable stay!!!!
