Beautiful, Cozy South Austin Home Within Minutes Of South Congress/Downtown
This home is a comfortable 3 bed/2.5 bath with French countryside decor in the formal living, formal dining, and master bedroom. There is a comfortable second living area and an upstairs game room for the kids. We want to provide as much comfort and convenience as possible to our guests! The property includes:
- 55 inch Smart TV's in the main TV room and the master bedroom
- Google Fiber
- Fully loaded kitchen
- Smart home devices, including Amazon Echo's throughout for music, communication etc.
- Flat screens in game room and bedroom #2 upstairs
- Bedroom 3 has a twin bed and is setup with a full office desk to provide a working environment if needed
- Washer and dryer included
- Covered back patio, extended deck, with weber grill
- Private back yard, no home behind

Why they chose this property
This home is located in one of the best neighborhoods in South Austin. It’s just 7 miles from downtown, has easy access to the major highways, and is within 20 minutes of the airport. There is a trail around the neighborhood to jog or walk the dogs. The home is very spacious, has every amenity you could possibly need, and provides the tranquility and peacefulness of A neighborhood.
What makes this property unique
We provide Direct TV, Google Fiber, and Smart TVs in the main living area and the Master. There are also TVs in the game room and room #2, and a PS3, Amazon Firesticks etc. We also supply a record player with tons of records in the kitchen and Alexa devices throughout the home.
