There are three roomy bedrooms, 2 baths, a fully equipped kitchen and a living and dining area for everyone to gather. Best of all, it sits right on the sugar white sand of the Gulf of Mexico and includes 2 beach chairs and an umbrella (seasonally provided). And that’s just one of this homes’ perks! It also features a recently remodeled outdoor community pool…..or just relax and share a meal on the large balcony. Crystal Villas is located in the highly desirable area of Crystal Beach and just a few minutes from shopping, restaurants, golf courses and attractions. Everthing was great. Lots of stairs , but we knew that up front. The bathrooms are dated, Other than that I would recommend this unit and would defintely stay again.

Crystal Villas A-11

Very comfortable accommodations. This is an older unit but it has had some upgrades and replacements over the years. Had some trouble with the dishwasher although it looked like a fairly new unit. Some of the dishes, silverware and cookware items were not clean on arrival, which may have been due to the dishwasher problem. We also spent some time and elbow grease cleaning the cooktop surface. Kitchen is well stocked for any kind of cooking/food prep. Other than the kitchen problems we were pleased with the cleanliness. The linens were immaculate and the master king pillowtop bed was wonderful. Stack laundry unit was efficient and much appreciated. The balcony was our favorite spot and we enjoyed the tall chairs that gave us a great view of the beach, the water and especially the sunsets! The umbrella and beach chair service is a great perk and we used it almost everyday. Bottom line - we loved our stay here and hope to return!

Had a wonderful time

The condo was as pictured. The check in and out process was very easy. Response to our Wifi issue was prompt. The view was absolutely beautiful. The kitchen was fully stocked. Just bring your spices. The only issues we had were that there were no elevators and we seen a cockroach twice. Not one of the big Florida one's, but normal household roaches. We over looked the bugs and just removed them because its Florida and in condos shared with other guests so we chalked it up to that. However, it did make me worry we might bring a little critter home. I would also suggest this condo for a family with children and not 6 adults due to loft bedroom and tiny twin size bedroom. All in all it served its purpose for us and we were happy with our stay. Thank you for letting us enjoy your property.

Very peaceful

Unit was very clean and straightforward, good size and felt very open, good ocean view. Location was nice and smaller condominium sizes around meant the beach wasn't packed even during a relatively busy time. Pool was fine but pool community bathroom was a biohazard.

Loved being right on the beach! Gorgeous!

Loved the condo., loved the view!!! All things we needed to cook and make drinks. 3rd bedroom no window very small, probably only for kids (we were 6 adults). All the codes to get into beach, pool were not listed at first, but newman was very responsive. Easy to walk to many places.

Very nice condo right on the beach! Plenty of room! Close to restaurants & shopping! The only downfall was the temp did not cooperate until the day we left for home! It was cold, but that didn’t stop the kiddos from playing in the sand & water! Would stay again!

Amazing private beach. Only downfall was the dryer didn’t work but the management company was very responsive and did all they could to make it right. Things happen, but it was handled well! The kids said multiple times that it was the best vacation ever!

Location is Great! Condo was just okay...

First off, the view and location was awesome!!! The beach was private so there never was too many people. And, the chair/umbrella guy was super friendly :) The condo itself was sub-par. We killed two huge roaches, there is cracks on the walls, mold on the ceilings, crayon marks on the stairs, dirty grout in the shower, and I had to tighten the shower head because it was leaking. It also wasn't cleaned very well. There was still sand on the floor and a few pieces of trash on the patio. The furniture in the living area was also uncomfortable. The facility was also sub-par with the pool always being dirty, the path to the beach being really sketchy with standing, gross looking water from the AC units which are also old, rusty, and a really eye-sore. All in all, great location and views but for just over $3k, I'd stay somewhere else. *I have photos of the items above but there is not option to include them in this review.

You could see the sunrise and sunset from the beach front balcony.

The condo was very cute and clean. Plenty of sleeping for 6, even tho we only had 3 of us it really was not that big in the living area. The kitchen was well stocked. The second week we could hear a family with a bunch of kids through the walls and the pool was not heated. And it cost way more than I thought when I signed up. However, I would stay there again. Thanks!

Great Beach Location

Can get easily In and out of this location. Parking lot a little tough with longer suv. Great access to food and stores. Private beach is very nice even when busy.

Cute property right on the beach- only problem is, I tend to get vertigo and sea sickness easier than most, the unlevel floors throughout the entire apartment we very weird and made me a little nauseated the first night. The hallway leading to the 3rd story is on a crazy slant- it’s so weird- I don’t know how the building passes inspection- I thought it was going to fall apart right then and there. I would have loved to be made aware that this was the case before we went. The neighbors we met as we first arrived said it’s been like that since they started coming 15 years ago so I just shrugged it off and figured it was safe. Would have liked a warning about it from the owner and it wouldn’t have been so upsetting.
