Darling downtown apartment
We loved this darling downtown apartment. It was clean and appeared to be newly remodeled. The layout of this second floor apartment is perfect for maximizing the space. Proximity to downtown allowed for walk ability to everything downtown golden has to offer. The view of south table mountain is amazing I will definitely try to stay here again.

We love downtown Golden Co! This apartment was in walking distance to the Coors Brewery and everything downtown. Perfect little place for 2 guests. We enjoyed our stay!

Little piece of heaven.
This is our 2nd time staying at this little tiny house it’s perfect for my husband and I it’s a perfect location. My husband and I go to visit in the fall for the Colorado school of Mines 🏈 football games. We found this little gem and fell in love with it. The owner is very responsive and would highly recommend your stay here pardon me doesn’t wanna leave this review so I can keep this hidden for myself however, I wanted to let you know this is perfect if you want to spend time in Golden or near the Coors factory.

The property was adorable. Perfect space for the two of us and close to red rocks. Downtown Golden was a couple of blocks away so we didn't need to drive for meals.

We enjoyed our time in Golden and were there for a couple of concerts at Red Rocks Amphitheater. The location was awesome. There were great recommendations for food and hiking and things went well

Overall our trip was positive. The location is fantastic, short walking distance to everything in downtown Golden. The Apt. was nice and clean. The apt is an older house that has has had the attic space remodeled into an apt. So the apt. sits over the main house and it can get a little noisy when there are people in the main house below. Also there is quite a lot of street noise. Overall not a bad stay. Probably better suited for a younger single occupant.

Great Location Near Downtown Golden
Intimate, clean, and close proximity to many of the great restaurants, breweries, and shopping in downtown Golden. Short drive to Red Rocks, which is a must see. This property is on the second floor of an older home and has a fairly narrow and steep set of stairs, so be aware if you have anyone in your party with physical limitations. Parking is street parking only, which only became an issue a couple of times during our stay.

Quaint Escape!
This was the perfect quaint escape for my husband and I. Perfect distance to explore lookout mountain, Indian hot springs and venture into Denver! We loved walking around downtown golden and dipping our toes in at Clear Creek! The owners were so welcoming and responsive. We had no issues and the space had everything we needed. Would stay again and recommend to others looking for a great getaway close to so many experiences for all ages and interests.

Great location in Golden.
The location of the property was great for the Coors tour, Red Rock's concert, and downtown Golden. The accommodations are very nice and comfortable. I had a great time.

Quaint apartment, perfect location for Golden
This location was perfect! It was walking distance to downtown Golden and all of the restaurants and shops. The apartment was very modern and clean and fit the 3 of us really well. It had all the amenities that we needed for a short weekend trip. We would definitely come back if we were to visit Golden again.

Nice little place. Close to everything
This was a little small for my 17 yr old son and I, but the place was very nice, clean, and had everything we needed for our short stay while checking out campus. Grocery was close-by and we could've walked to pretty much everywhere we needed. Max, the host, communicated regularly throughout our arrival and departure and responded immediately when I reached out to him with questions. Would recommend this for a solo traveler or couple looking for something within walking distance to town and access to all the cool stuff to the west.

Great Stay
A great place to stay in Golden. Super convenient to everything. Clean, comfortable, and everything is updated. Fold out sofa bed is comfortable but does take up a bit of the room when open. And Golden is 20 minutes to Red Rocks which makes it a convenient place to stay for shows.

Downtown Golden- perfect location!
Everything was easy and just perfect for our stay. Best communication I have ever had with a short-term rental. Evolve is extremely organized and Max was on the spot with everything. Would definitely stay again.

Close and Convenient
Awesome little place. Close to everything. Golden is so walkable. Walked to Higher Grounds every morning for coffee. By the third day the guys remembered our order. We don’t even get that service from our local place at home. The Buffalo Rose was our favorite place for an evening cocktail. The Mountain Toad Brewery was our favorite place for a beer. Their beer garden was so cute and everyone was so friendly. But that’s everyplace we went in Golden. Max Young the local contact bent head over heels to get us in early so we could change and make it to Red Rocks for our show we were attending. Can’t thank him and the cleaning crew enough. If your going to Red Rocks take the shuttle from The Origin Hotel. It was worth it. Our second to the last day we hiked Castle Rock (south table mountain). Hike it if you can. Then view of downtown Golden, Coors and Lookout Mountain is just amazing. Would certainly stay here again.

Amazing Location!
This rental is in a perfect spot!!! Great views, easy to walk to anywhere in downtown golden and lots of hiking / biking in the area that’s also incredibly close. The place was really clean, cute, and perfect for our little getaway!!

A perfect little place to stay! Close to downtown Golden, the grocery store and a great coffee shop. Easy distance to hiking trails. One of the nicest and well kept places I’ve stayed in.

Perfect Place To Stay In Golden!
This place was just as listed. It's bright, cute, nicely decorated and very CLEAN! There's plenty of room for two to stay comfortably. There are plenty of places to eat, drink, shop and visit within walking distance in Golden. Overall this place was GREAT....and did I mention clean?!
