Completely remodeled view condo. High end renovation with beautiful upgrades. Gourmet kitchen with Thermador commercial stove and quartz counters. This condo overlooks downtown Ventura , Ca, the Channel Islands, the pier, Ventura beaches and the ocean. Two outdoor decks to enjoy the spectacular views. One of the best scuba diving areas in the state. Five blocks to beach but steep, 25 minute drive to Santa Barbara, 35 minute drive to Malibu. Master suite is huge with sitting room, and ultra luxurious bathroom. This is a three level condo. For better pricing find me on Z. Drive to top floor and bottom floor( garage) Guest bedroom on first level, master suite on second and garage on third level. Willing to exchange. Minimum 30 Day rental.
