Sunset Studio Room #1 is one of the two studios available for reservations, located on Rocky Point's main boulevard Benito Juarez. This studio is comfortable and inviting. It is walking distance to/from Calle 13 and approximately 5 minutes from the beach and Malecon (fish market). In this studio room, you will find a queen bed and a pull-out coach. This room can comfortably sleep up to 4 people. You will also find a kitchinette with appliances such as a microwave, small refrigirator, coffee brewer, sink, and cabinets. We really hope you enjoy your stay and come back to visit again soon!

Clean and cozy!

We loved our stay . Absolutely no issues except the A/C was not on when we got there and it was so hot , but overall a great place for my family and I , and we were close to everything!

What stay?

So... maybe it could have been partially my fault for this experience since I did. it verify numbers ahead of time, but we were not able to even stay at this place. When we got there, it was hard to locate the area. We did arrive after 3pm which is check out time. I wanted to call and ask if after 3pm was okay but I could not find a number. It wasn't till we were there that i finally found a number and I called it numerous times and it sent me to voice mail. We were knocking and no one answered the door. We ended up having to stay somewhere else. I payed for nothing.
