Beautiful house on the sandy beach with a wonderful garden and private parking.
It is consisted of 3 buildings with totally 7 STDS and 2 APTS (2 STDS X 2 in the building in front of the beach, 3 STDS X 2 and 1 APT X 4 in the middle one and 2 STDS and 1 APT X 4 in the building behind).
Each STD has 1 bedroom X 2, kitchenette, WC/SH, veranda.
The STDS in the 1st building have a wonderful sea view (STDS on the ground floor).
The STDS in the middle have a sea and garden view (2 STDS are on the ground floor and 2 on the 1st floor) with a splendid sea view.
The STDS in the 3rd building have a garden view. On ground floor.
The APT on the ground floor has a garden view, 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 kitchenettes, 2 WC/SH, Verandas.
The APT in the middle building is on the first floor with a beaqutiful sea view and it's a kind of maisonette with 2 single beds, kitchenette, WC/SH, and veranda downstairs and 2 single beds upstairs.

Verbesserungsbedürftig trotz traumhafter Aussicht

Die Aussicht, egal ob bei Tag oder Nacht, ist wundervoll. Nicht zu toppen. Dazu die Herzlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Vermieterpaares. Auch dies außergewöhnlich. Meine Intention zur Anmietung der Wohnung war der Wunsch nach Ruhe (tagsüber gegeben) und - ganz wichtig - der Steg ins Meer, um morgens und abends im Meer zu schwimmen. Tatsächlich war der Steg während meines Aufenthalts nicht vorhanden. Der Zugang zum Wasser war nur durch vermodernden Schlick/Seegras möglich. Sehr unschön und eklig. Die sanitären Anlagen sind mehr als in die Jahre gekommen, hier sollten die Erwartungen minimal sein. Ich hatte bei Einzug übersehen, dass die Moskitonetze an den Fenstern beschädigt waren. Dies rächte sich des Nachts. Die Rückseite des Objektes liegt an der Durchgangsstraße zwischen den beiden Ballermannorten Lefkimi und Kavos. Die Straße erwacht nachts zum Leben.

Séjour parfait

Très belle semaine passée dans ce studio, propre et avec une vue fabuleuse sur le jardin et la mer. Georgios qui s'occupe de la résidence est adorable. Studio placé a 5mn de kavos, mais il y a mieux aux alentours.. Corfou town est a environ 1h de route

Wonderful stay

Il posto è davvero incantevole, il mare pulitissimo e vicinissimo. Ci si può rilassare e godere le giornate anche rimanendo nella struttura anche se una macchina è consigliabile. Gli ospiti, Iorgos e Irini sono stati meravigliosi e molto ospitali. Sia io che mia figlia abbiamo avuto la febbre e ci hanno aiutato come fossimo parte della famiglia! Indimenticabile!

Super Lage in der Nebensaison

Wir waren mit unserem Appartement sehr zufrieden. Es ist klein, aber für 2 Personen bei schönem Wetter völlig ausreichend. Um allerdings drinnen zu essen mussten wir den Tisch von draussen reinholen (ist nur einmal passiert, weil es abends doch etwas zu kalt wurde). Anfang Oktober waren schon viele Restaurants etc. geschlossen, aber uns hat die Ruhe sehr gefallen. In der Hochsaison möchten wir allerdings nicht in Kavos sein, auch wenn Iriniappartements ausserhalb liegt

Beautiful and peaceful

We had a lovely week at Studios Irini, clean modern studio apartment with an amazing view of the garden and sea. We were completing an online meditation course and the WiFi was fine, in between sessions we lay on the sun loungers and took a dip in the clear beautiful sea which you can walk out a long way to waist height and swam down the coast. Georgios and Irini were really friendly even with a language barrier we worked it out. You need to be happy to put your own rubbish out and sweep and mop your floor yourself which we were. Shaded garage spaces for cars. Such good value for a perfect relaxing getaway. I'd recommend having a car to explore other beaches nearby, supermarket etc. Thanks Georgios and Irini! X

Super Lage direkt am Meer

Nettes keines Studio dirket am Meer, mit allem ausgesttet was man benötig, wenn etwas fehlt, oder man eine Frage hat , einfach den netten Vermieter George fragen, der einem sofort hilft. Wundervolle Aussicht, flaches und warmes Meer ideal für Kinder, sehr nette Gastgeber

Wir waren zu dritt, hatten unsere kleine Tochter dabei. Wir hatten die Ferienwohnung direkt am Meer. Wunderschöne Aussicht, besonders wenn man z.B. morgens auf der Terrasse Frühstückt und sich den Sonnenaufgang anschaut. Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Doppelbett, Schreibtisch, TV, Klima (extra Kosten), Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank und Kochplatte. Die Bettmöbel sind neu, die Küchenzeile ist in die Jahre gekommen und wird in Zukunft bestimmt auch noch erneuert. Es hat aber alles funktioniert. Der Gastgeber ist sehr sehr nett und fragt immer nach ob alles in Ordnung ist und ob er helfen kann. Der Sandstrand wurde leider vor einigen Jahren weggespült und befindet sich jetzt im Meer. Man geht über einen Steg ins Meer und kann ca. 100-200 m weit ins Meer gehen und stehen. Ideal für kleine Kinder, die auch ohne Probleme stehen können. Noch ein Vorteil, bei dieser geringen Tiefe, das Wasser ist sehr warm. Wer schwimmen möchte geht einfach etwas weiter raus. Alles in allem war es sehr schön. Man darf aber keine fünf Sterne Luxus Suite erwarten, aber man verbringt den Urlaub ja auch nicht im Zimmer. Des Weiteren hatten wir auch einen Mietwagen, da die Ferienwohnung ca. 1 Std. vom Flughafen entfernt liegt und wir uns auch noch andere Strände und Sehenswürdigkeiten anschauen wollten. Zu Fuß ist nämlich nicht allzuviel zu erreichen...

Very very relax

Struttura composta da diversi appartamenti, di cui abbiamo avuto la fortuna di avere quello con terrazzino faccia al mare.. Tutti gli appartamenti sono comunque carini, sobri e confortevoli. La spiaggia privata e’ un prato ben curato su cui si può correre e camminare a piedi nudi...... silenzioso e rilassante, sempre ventilato e fresco. Dagli appartamenti al mare c’e Una distanza di circa 15 metri che fa si che tutto il complesso si possa definire veramente sul mare Completamente fuori dal caos di Kavos situato 1 kn più a sud. L’accesso al mare avviene tramite una passerella è una scaletta di tre gradini . L’acqua è bassa pulita ed il mare è quasi sempre calmo. Georgios e Irini sono molto gentili e si prendono cura dell’ospite con vera ospitalità Credo che ci torneremo. Adatto per famiglie e per coppie che cercano relax e tranquillita

In front of a blue, quiet, warm sea : a great place to be !

Irini's appartements is a beautifull and peacefull place, located in a green garden with palm trees. You can take bath in a sunny, clean and quiet sea, anytime you want, at the end of the private garden. The owners are really wonderfull : Giorgio is so helpfull, always wondering if every thing is fine for you. Irini is also a very nice. I recommend this location for everybody : safe for a family with children, romantic for a couple. Therefore, Corfou is a great island : mountains, cliff, hidden beaches with nearly nobody and the very nice Corfou town ! Sylvaine and Pascal

Such a nice place to be

We didn't choose kavos for the party scene. This property is just out of earshot from the main drag,So you'd never know it was there,but jump in the car or walk for 15mins and it's there if you want it The properties here are looked after by the lovely George,wander through the garden and at the end is the beach,where you can walk out with the water at knee height for 150 meters On the grounds,there are sun beds,umbrellas,kayaks free to use. Two minutes walk there are 2 lovely bars also doing great food and a mini market open to 11pm We found peace and quiet here,many stunning beaches within a short drive and a friendly welcome everywhere..oh and plenty of sunshine. We will be back.

It was everything we hoped it would be and more.

George and Irini were lovely hosts and made us welcome in so many ways. I would return again to Irini Studios for their care and attention and the beautiful location which was a little slice of paradise. We enjoyed two of the boat trips to the Blue Lagoon and Paxos and Anti Paxos. And a fine meal in the Kavos village at Roussos. And our last meal in Corfu town itself at a small family restuarant called Pane E Souvlaki in the old town was superb, good value, fresh food and lovely service. It is sad that there is so much dereliction and decay in parts of the Island. but it didn't spoil our experience.

Sehr liebe und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Gute Preis/Leistung. Leider veraltete Fotos -> kein Strand!

Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und komminikativ. Leider ist das Meer nicht von jedem der Appartments gut zu sehen. Die Kücheneinrichtung ist etwas dürftig (Messer unscharf/teilweise verschmutzt, keine Abzugshaube). Die Wasserhähne sind sehr stark verkalkt. Aber die Wohnung ist technisch gut ausgestattet mit Klimaanlage, LED Lichtern für ein schönes Ambiente. Ebenfalls gibt überall Mückengitter. Was wir als Positiv empfunden haben ist, dass uns angeboten wurde die Bettwäsche zu wechseln und den Müll zu entsorgen - was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Im Großen und ganzen ein gutes Preisleistungsverhätnis.

Lovely place

We had a wonderful stay at Irini's! The hosts helped us where they could, the spot right by the sea is just awesome. You can go about 150m into the sea until you cannot stand on the ground. Amazing. We could use the canoes and the barbeque, there are free sun beds and umbrellas. Although we shared garden and beach with 5/6 other families it felt quite private still. Altogether a very relaxing place! Single shortcoming: besides nice beaches there is nothing very spectacular to see around. But the island is small so that's less of a problem. The outside was all perfect. 4 stars, though because of the poor equipment... One single bad knife, no basics such as salt and pepper dish liquid etc. Needed to buy everything. Typical for Greek apartements in general it seems, however. Nevertheless, highly recommend place for relaxers.

Wunderschön gelegen und das Meer vor der Haustür

Ich kann die Studios nur empfehlen, man kann morgens unter Palmen frühstücken mit Meeresrauschen Das Meer ist warm und klar mit sandigem Grund, nur bei viel Wind wird seegras angeschwemmt Der Wasserdruck ist wie fast überall auf der Insel kaum vorhanden, ansonsten erfüllt einem giorgios der Besitzer jeden erfüllbaren Wunsch und ist jederzeit ansprechbar

Erholsame Ferien, ein Bijou

Die Studios Irinni sind wunderschön am Strand gelegen im Süden der Insel Korfu. Das Domizil befindet sich in der Nähe der Ortschaft Kavos, welches ein kleines Ballermann für die englischen Touristen ist. Da kann es sein, dass man während der Hochsaison in der Nacht die Lautsprecher der verschiedenen Vergnügungsanstalten hören kann. In der Vorsaison ist dies jedoch kein Problem. Das Studio ist zweckmässig eingerichtet mit einfachem Kochherd, Kühlschrank, Fernseher und sogar W-Lan funktioniert ziemlich problemlos. In unserem Studio, war die Dusche etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, da der Druck und die Temperatur immer wieder erarbeitet werden musste, dies ist jedoch ein ziemlich normaler Zustand in Griechenland. Die Duschen dürfen nicht mit den Duschen in den nördlichen Breitengraden verglichen werden. Vor dem Studio befand sich eine Terrasse mit Blick auf einen wunderschön gepflegten Rasen mit Palmen und auf das Meer. Diese Anlage lädt zu ausgiebigem Sonnenbaden ein und die Ruhe und der Blick aufs Meer ist unbezahlbar. Der Sandstrand ist nicht mehr ganz das wie er noch vor Jahren gewesen ist. Das Meer holt sich das Land zurück und somit kommt vor dem Einstieg eine kleine Seegrasbank. Aber sobald man im Wasser ist kann man es total geniessen. Der Meeresgrund ist absolut steinfrei und man kann ohne Probleme 150 m hinauswaten. Die Temperatur des Wassers war (Juni) angenehm warm, obwohl Korfu ja die nördlichste der Ionischen Inseln ist. Im Weiteren ist zu erwähnen, die Gastfreundschaft von Irinni und Georgios. Georgios erfüllt jeden Wunsch und versucht auch das Unmögliche möglich zu machen. Er kümmert sich liebevoll um das ganze Anwesen. Für Ausflüge ist ein Mietfahrzeug oder der eigene PW erforderlich. Dies gilt jedoch für die ganze Insel, ausser man will einfach die ganze Zeit nur am Strand liegen. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist einfach fantastisch und die Ferienwohnung kann wärmstens empfohlen werden. Wenn ich gesehen habe, dass bei Luxushotels die dazugehörigen Strände etwa 10 m breit und mit Steinstränden belegt waren, kann ich nicht verstehen, dass man dort Unmengen von Euros ausgibt und dann doch weniger Luxus hat, als wir in diesem Bijou hatten. Die Angaben welche im Online Inserat stehen, stimmen und die Lage ist genauso wie es die Fotos zeigen.

Paradiesisch!

Mein Kumpel und ich haben hier unseren gemeinsamen Urlaub Ende September/Anfang Oktober verbracht. Die Anlage war sehr gepflegt und der Garten/eigene Strandabschnitt(!) wunderschön. Wir waren die einzigen Gäste zu dieser Zeit und Giorgios & Irini (die Besitzer) herzliche, unübertrefflich fürsorgliche Gastgeber. Dinge wie der Wasserdruck in der Toilette oder Warmwasserprobleme haben wir mit Humor gelöst und taten im Endeffekt nichts zur Sache, denn wer bei Meeresrauschen einschlafen darf und ein paar Schritte vom flachen, warmen Meer entfernt ist - dessen Laune kann nichts trüben. Wir haben die Wohnung schon am Flughafen weiter empfohlen und werden noch mal zurück kommen!!
