Beautiful house at north Phoenix 1759sf With all the accommodation you may need ,it has been completely remodeled comfortable beds, spacious kitchen,nice bathrooms ,grill outside with desert landscaping easy access to Main Streets ,highways (1-17 and 101)and shopping centers this property is about 20 minutes from sky harbor airport nearby parks, is less then 10 minutes from hurricane harbor water park Phoenix have alot to offer we will love to be your host!

-Please note: strictly no party and events UP TO $500 FINES
-No get together allowed but we understand that holidays are approaching so please let us know if you are planning to have a get together with your family

-After 4 guest we charge $15.00 by night for each guest.

AZ Spring Training Adventure

Residence was clean, comfortable and upgraded. Plenty of space to relax inside and outside. Extra amenities included a game room and outdoor putting green. Centrally located for our baseball spring training adventures. We would easily stay here again!

Two Week Escape From Winter

Lovely property and just what we wanted.

There was no bar soap or body wash in the bathrooms, but our house had everything else. We loved the property. The only downside was the very loud motorcycles outside our bedroom when we were trying to sleep.

We shared with siblings and their spouses, very comfortable and lots of space!

We all had a nice time with family, we enjoyed playing pool and have some great card games around the big kitchen table. The bedrooms were perfect size! Fun had by all!

Perfect for us!!

Super comfortable and house was very well taken care of, plenty of towels, dishes, and soaps (which is not very common in VRBO's). Super clean, well maintained, and brand new appliances' was a plus. Stayed here with friends. Our daughters were competing at Reach 11 Soccer Complex. Would definitely stay here again.

Phoenix 4th of July

We attended a family reunion for a few days and needed a comfortable place to retrieve to in between events. This property was PERFECT! SUPER CLEAN, spacious and “home like” comfortable! We will most definitely request this property again!

Comfortable and quiet

We came out for spring training and enjoyed this home. It was comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with dishware, coffee and a coffeemaker and there were items you might need if you wanted to cook- salt, pepper, olive oil, etc. The beds were comfortable and the patio had numerous places to sit. There was a putting green, BBQ and plenty of seating. We would definitely rent it again.

Great time

We were in Phoenix for our niece’s wedding and shared the house with the bride’s mother and her aunt and uncle. The house was perfect for our needs. The game room was a pleasant surprise, as was the backyard. Miguel did a great job for us. Will definitely VRBO again!

We decided to stay in Phoenix for a few days as a last minute decision. Our choice was rewarded with this clean and comfortable house with a great backyard space!! The whole property was very spacious and provided everything we needed and then some! Miguel was always quick to respond and extremely helpful!

A Nice Stay

One of the nicest houses on the street. Very nice and clean inside and as advertised. Nice master shower, entertaining and functional backyard, and even used the pool table before we left. Had a great break. Also used the kitchen and grill quite a bit. All in all a nice stay. First time using VRBO though... have to say, I'm not a fan of the mandatory insurance policy nor what I would say are extreme cleaning fees for a two night stay.

Rare find

Exceeds property description - incredibly impressed. Without a second thought would stay again. We (4 adults) were only here for a 2 night stay and it would stay again in a heartbeat. Very well decorated, spacious, very relaxing and instantly felt at home. Comfortable beds with quality bedding. Everything is very well maintained. Hosts were always very quick to respond. Just can’t say enough and will definitely book again next time we return. Glad this was available for our stay.

Clean and Safe

This was our first time renting a house like this so we were not sure what to expect. This house was very nice, clean, check in was easy. Our host was quick to respond to any questions we had. The back yard was nice and the pool table allowed for some extra fun. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We felt safe here. It was easy to get around phoenix from this house. When we come to phoenix again and need a place to stay we would definitely stay her again.

Spring Training with my Son's

The property was excellent for our purposes. It was close enough to Peoria Stadium and Camelback Ranch. We saw games at both. It accommodate myself, my two adult sons' and my 9 yr. old grandson. Perfect!

Great location, exceeded our expectations!

I have stayed at many VRBO properties over the years and around the world, and this was one of the best places we've ever stayed. We came for spring training and this place is ideally located to all of the baseball stadiums. Best of all, this place is beautiful and so well appointed with features. We thoroughly enjoyed the gas fire outside, putting on the green, playing pool, and just hanging out. It is comfortable and has everything and anything one could need. We wish we could have stayed longer and highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a place to stay in the Phoenix area. Miguel was also so kind and polite when I made a series of mistakes with the keypad (I didn't follow the instructions provided ahead of time) and I locked us out of the house. He quickly resolved the issue and was so nice about it.

Super séjour

Super séjour dans cette résidence, située à environ 20-30 minutes de tout. Que ce soit pour aller à Scottsdale, Glendale ou downtown Phoenix, belle localisation centrale. Quartier tranquille avec plusieurs commerces (épicerie, restaurant, ...) pas trop loin. La maison est grande et telle qu'annoncée. Nous avons particulièrement aimé la cour et les deux salles de bain. Parfait comme séjour.
